This is the second time that Empire have visited me. The staff on both occasions, were courteous, efficient and professional.
Well organised delivery. Was kept informed throughout including email and text reminders, and a call on the day of delivery. The delivery team (Pete & Sal) were very professional and friendly, delivered and assembled the sofa and cleared away all the packaging. 5 stars

Amazing service. Fantastic communication. Delivery took a while but that was communicated early on and updates given consistently. The people delivering were excellent, fitted everything and showed us how it all worked. Couldn't be happier.

Friendly deliver team. Provided notice before delivering. Only issue was the inflexible option for delivery. If you can't make a slot you have to wait a week for the next one. Not very flexible but got it in the end!
The delivery guys were on time, carried everything up and put it all together for us which wasn't expected. Super friendly and much appreciated!

Pete & Sal were great and the delivery and furniture assembly went without a hitch. The also took time to double check how we needed the furniture assembled and to make sure we knew how to operate it.

I found Empire Delivery offered an excellent service. Our sofa had to be constructed in situ adding the arms on after it arrived. The two delivery guys were really pleasant, efficient and considerate in asking about removing their shoes. They are also obviously very experienced and competent. All wrapping was taken away and I can now enjoy my new sofa!
