Beautiful ring
The ring I bought was accurately represented on the website. The stones aren't quite as dark as depicted on the website, but pretty close.

I have contacted your customer service line various times. The first time was to order some items and I spoke with Rafael, he was knowledgeable about the items I was purchasing and assisted in finding the desired items. I also contacted Rafael so I could return one of the items and he promptly sent the return label. Rafael made me feel valued throughout our telephone conversations. He is was kind, knowledgeable and an asset to your company. (4/26/25) I also spoke with Marla, she was also helpful and friendly regarding two items I sent for repair. The only one that I have concerns is the Topaz ring as I was told that they were replacing the stone as a curtesy. I don't agree with this because if a stone falls out of one of your pieces it should be replaced as it is a manufacturer defect. Marla was outstanding and made sure they repaired the ring by adding prongs to ensure the stone will not fall out as this was not the first time this has occurred. Marla service went above and beyond, she is also an asset to your company. (
After returning from a cruise and having spent 10k on multiple pieces of jewelry we realized we only got a receipt not a replacement value or appraisal. We reached out and got an appraisal for all but two items. They had provided two free items to us and initially said they didn't sell them, but they are clearly listed on their website not a huge value (probably around 400 for both pieces) but why refuse to provide an appraisal or retail value on the pieces? Are they that ashamed of the free times they give out? We had planned to join their private cruise and purchase additional jewelry but now will probably reconsider.
Besides their jewelry being beautiful, the people that work there are beyond helpful. Conquela, in the Effy concierge department, went above and beyond to ensure the ring I purchased for my 15 year wedding anniversary was perfect! She made me an EFFY customer for life!
Conquela is amazing! She’s been helpful and knowledgeable about many aspects. I not only consider her my Effy ambassador, but also my friend.
My customer care employee went out of his way to find my wife an out of stock necklace that matches a ring I had bought several years ago. He knew it was important because I told him I planned to give it to her to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary.
We bought a diamond tennis necklace from Ana/Andre for $17,000 onboard the Norwegian Breakaway that the associates claimed were natural diamonds. However, when we picked up the receipt readied 2 days later at the time of disembarkment, the receipt indicated that they were lab grown diamonds. Once at home the next day I contacted customer service by email and received a terse reply that the receipt indicated “lab grown diamonds” and to send the diamond necklace back if desired. There was no attempt to decrease the price of the necklace which was 50-85% overpriced. Their website states that every customer is treated like family but experience made me feel like a red headed stepchild. I will send the necklace back and NEVER do business with them. UPDATE "A FEW IMPORTANT DETAILS" WOW! Typical corporate response in taking no responsibility for the problems with this transaction. Obviously, if Effy was committed to transparency I would have received a receipt at the time of purchase and not 2 days later the night before the end of the cruise. Andrea, that is an OUTRIGHT FALSEHOOD. Andre and Ana submitted to me that they were natural diamonds and repeatedly told me that they were natural diamonds. I’m returning the necklace waiting for a full refund.
Your quality is unmatched and your customer service is also terrific. This is not my first Effy piece, but it was my first online purchase. Your website is very easy to use and my gorgeous ring arrived ahead of schedule.
I purchased a beautiful ring from Effie in 2022 two months in one of the baguettes fell off the side another month later another baguette fell off Macy’s went ahead and repaired it for me. Fast-forward a year and the center stone falls off. They replaced it for me a year later the center stone falls off once again when I got the ring back, I noticed that the prongs that hold the center stone are really not tight. It’s almost as if they purposely do poor craftsmanship so you’ll have to spend money replacing stones from them. I sent in my ring a month ago to get repaired. I left three different voicemails for Marla (customer service supervisor) that went unanswered and two messages with the operator. After yet another message. left with the operator on Monday, I finally received an email today, Wednesday, June 4 stating that they weren’t gonna cover the repair of the stone cause it’s not part of their limited lifetime warranty. I called in. I asked to speak to a supervisor lo and behold. I finally was able to speak to Marla, who was the epitome of rude whatever happened to customer service? No apologies for the craftsmanship. No apologies for the problems and issues I’ve had with the ring just plain rude now they want $375 to replace the stone on the ring.
Garbage jewelery with inflated prices. They claim things retail for ten times their value and are giving you 80-90% off. In reality, they never sell anything for full price and even at 80-90% off any jeweler will appraise it for less than half of what you paid. The quality also sucks. The stones are not set flush.
I disatisfied of the ring missed diamond some of them when size repair after received look so different missed diamonds, we are traumatized and not trust ever again. i want refunds and unhappy. hey dont trust repair are thief diamonds. i have proof before picture of the ring and after picture. no more buy again if not fit dont buy to send repairs.
I purchased a ring on my first cruise. I was able to wear it for 10 days before a stone fell out. They replaced the stone and I had it back in 6 weeks. I was able to wear it for 8 days, and then another stone fell out. They took 3.5 months to repair it. They said the problem was when it was sized, it is heated and that loosens the stones so they had to make another one. They also said they were going to refund me $200. I received the ring back about 6 weeks ago and have not had any issues yet. However I still have not received the refund I was promised in December. I have contacted the company and the only response I received was that they escalated it.
I’m impressed by the attention to detail and the craftsmanship. The jewelry is beautiful and clearly built to last.
I had help from Raphael who made this experience much easier. He got me the best price and I am extremely happy with the results!
I brought a ring in March and was told to come back at the end of the cruise to get my valuation certificate but all I got was a receipt for what I paid.I was not happy and told them so.I will NEVER buy from Effy again a lot of money wasted. No answer from the company as of 9th June really care not
Having purchased a $18,000 AAA Tanzanite and Diamond 14K Gold ring onboard Island Princess, I had to use the UK resizing service in Hatton Garden, London, as the ring was 4 sides to small (I know, but). The only cost was stated as being £5.00 - £10.00 insured postage which actually cost a Wapping £38:00. The service provided by the UK arm of Effy was at best extremely poor. Then 5 weeks later the ring was returned with a replacement valued postage at just £2,000 🤬. However, the size was 1.5 times larger that it should have been. Effy refused to reside for a 2nd time resulting in my having to take the ring to a competent Jewels and pay for the ring to then be reduced in size from Q1/2 to P as should have been the case originally. In contacting Effy Head Office in New York they have not only repeated their refusal to assist but point blank refused to refund either the cost of the £38 postage, but also the amount of just £54 to rectify their mistakes. So for the sake of a mere £92.00, they are happy to lose a customer who over the past 3 years has spent in excess of £40,000 with Effy. BUYER BEWARE. We have since established that Effy market ALL of their Jewellery at between 60%-80% above the True value. BUYER BEWARE. WHATCH THIS SPACE FOR PART 2 of this saga 🤬🤢🤮
We have learned our lesson, but the very worst place to purchase jewelry is on a cruise ship. The hard sell and persistence of sales associates, and bringing out the almighty calculator, should be a sign to walk away.
Effy jewelry is the finest product we've come across and Effy consultant, Steven Navaei, provided excellent service in ensuring our purchases are personalized with excellence from cart to home.
A very friendly and helpful employee did everything possible to provide me with a beautiful ring. The excellent support matches perfectly with the wonderful jewelry. Thanks!
I had purchased a ring a couple of years ago and the gold bezel around the stone kept pulled up. Effy fixed it, but it happened again. I contacted Effy to exchange the ring for another item. Conquela with the Effy concierge department helped me out right away. She looked up the item I was interested in, calculated the difference, sent me the order to pay the difference and had it shipped out to me in a timely manner. I purchase from Effy because they stand behind their products.
