In my opinion, the best factoring company. Jon Wood is really reliable and helped me a lot. I recommend this factoring company to anyone.

I, being new to the trucking industry, want to say that Justin Oliver made every step of the way easy for me, and it has been a pleasure working with him. We lack great and even expected basic customer service nowadays it seems wherever we go to do business and it's been refreshing having someone know what it means to provide exceptional customer service. Justin has done a great job restoring my faith in believing there are people that still care about others and its not just about the paycheck!.

Worst Factoring company ever. Stay away from these guys

Really helped me start over with a clean slate ! Gave me a chance because no one would give me factoring because of my felony. Alex walked me through things and made it work ! Great place to be and I’m glad I can be a part of it.

I lost one deal because it was civic day and no-one was there to help me with my questions. I got one deal to go through. My orientation specialist called my customer (not the number I gave you all) and ask questions that alarmed them so they refused to work with her. She called me saying they would not cooperate so I did a conference call with them and she told the customer that I had not given her his information which was not true, but hay why not blame me for your screwup. Then there was the paying of the carrier. I was told they would be payed in 72 hours or less. I relayed that to the carrier. They were not payer for 6 days and they have an existing account with you. Of course you all still charged us our fees. Aside from raising the rate immediately after my first load.

Very reliable factory company to doo business with, you are pay in 24 hrs.

Peyton Gravelle has been more than amazing. She has been helpful, patient and very instrumental with my onboarding process with e capital. I'm not sure what I could have done without her.
