everyone was very helpful, they took the time to walk us through the process and answered our questions.

In mobile app you can't add new canadian customer because there's no option for canada. On load link and Dat loadboard brokerage got good score and e-capital refuse to take it. For new trucking companies its very hard to get good load from good broker.

Good company they made it right....

Was sceptical at first about factoring but now I believe this is the fastest way to grow your business. The support team at e capital is by far better than any of the other companies I have previously worked with.

They not only proved to have lesser fees and reserves but I received an additional line of revolving credit to relieve the stress. I haven't experienced any long wait times. And you actually talk to your account manager directly. Thank you for everything.

Finally!!! A company that believes in its customers and is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure we have everything we need. Our main point of contact was Randy and I can tell you - they don't pay him enough. If you want White Glove level service then I suggest that you seek out Mr. Randy Redler to assist you in switching. We hadn't even considered switching companies and I just happened to answer the phone one day to find Randy on the other end of the line (crazy how life/business works sometimes). Thankfully I did - I'm in sales as well and I can tell you - Randy approaches the same way I do, basically felt like I've know him forever. More importantly, everything that was promised sounded too good to be true but suprisingly I never felt doubtful - Randy just sounded genuine. 2 months later we are happily factoring with eCapital with everything that was promised. We were previously with factoring for 3 years where we were under-serviced and under-appreciated as their customer! They also would not work with a 25% of the Canadian Brokers and Shippers we do business with! From now on we will be doing business with eCapital where they actually care about their business and the customers who it comprises of.
