I agreed to sign this agreement with eCapital only to 2.25%.  It was a verbal agreement with one of of your members.  In the contract he put 2.99%, I missed that and now we're dealing with who said what.  If you would pull up all the phone/voice recording it would prove to you that we agreed on 2.25% not 2.99%.  I would gladly appreciate if you would fix that error, but now that the contract has been signed they are unable to do anything.

I love how patient they are with you when it comes to explaining things. They also have really good factoring rates!

Sales person (Peyton Gravelle) stated our company does not have any hidden fees like many of these other companies. They are already on the pricier side Charging 3.25% factoring fee. Literally 10 days after my first factoring payment they Raised the factoring fee to 3.75%!!! On top of that they charge a $10 ACH transfer fee on every transaction.(Which was also not stated) + $2 on every invoice. Do the math, and before you know it this company is sucking out 4+% . Ya it may sound minor $$ wise, but honesty & Transparency is what I’m looking for in a business partner of this nature. So if your looking what I’m looking for. I’d look elsewhere.
