Randy is nothing less than stellar. Every time I call, Randy answers. He puts what he has aside to accommodate my needs. When there are questions that needs answering, Randy goes above and beyond to retrieve those answer.

So far the experience has been great. I do not expect anything less. After choosing not to go with eCap, the other option started showing signs there were gonna be issues. So I recalled the eCap rep telling me if It didn't work out give her a call. And so glade I did. The willingness to communicate, the platform, and the benefits. Actually one of the smoothest process I have to manage.
