ECapital has tremendous customer service. At first i wasn’t so sure about using a factoring company being that I’m new to the industry. Since going ECapital I’m getting more and more comfortable and confident of the services they provide. Thank you ECapital for being such an awesome partner to work with!

This people are the worst they had 5000 dollars of my money on hold for over a year invoices from 2020 and now they asking for every little paperwork to release the money that they already got pay for and did business with i will never recommend this factory for truck drivers go somewhere else save ur self

I factored loads with eCapitol for a long time.I left them for another company.I hauled several loads for a broker,and they sent the money to eCapitol by mistake. Now it has been a year and eCapitol won`t return the money or talk to me about it,I leave message after message and no response.ECapitol needs to do the right thing and return my $2,160.81 asap. Updated review A lady from ecapitol called me and we got it fixed.I give ecapitol 5 stars again.Many thanks for your help

Great people the best experience ever not complicated and quick payout

As a new trucking authority. I did my research online and came across E capital as one of the best factoring. Called and spoke with Justin Oliver. Wonderful sales rep. He was totally patient with me as I was gathering all my requirements. After few months I was finally on the road making money. First invoice was a short easy run. Learned the process very quick. Then had Ruth teach me how to use the portal and set my credit card. No complaint, pretty straight forward

Enrolled with ECapital a week ago, so far so good, Drew has helped in everything step answered all my question in a fast and knowledgeable manner. App is very easy to use and makes making and sending invoices quick and convenient, the fuel cards are a good addition and the revolving credit line can come very handy on a emergency. The service that I have gotten from Alex and Daniel was excellent. Alex answered any questions I had and Daniel walked me through the whole process of submitting invoices. They made my first experience with factoring very easy.

I love working with eCapital! Since the beginning the process has been very easy. Starting from Brad that helped me set up the account to Daniel that has also helped me on the factoring process.
