After waiting 35-45 mins, I was notified my order was canceled. Irritating when it was supposed to be to me at that time.

After waiting 35-45 mins, I was notified my order was canceled. Irritating when it was supposed to be to me at that time.
Lately delivery as been late and order not correct or something missing.
Anytime you can order great food from a food truck is a good day. At least that's how I feel. Eat street makes it simple by taking the wait out of it. When you only have 30 to get your lunch any time saved makes a difference.

My delivery was just as it was indicated.
More than once I've had an order canceled after about a 30 minute wait. During which time the progress on the "track my food" asked it received and preparing. Then all of a sudden a text and email canceling the order with the claim " restaurant closed " even though these places were open for hours longer. Very frustrating to edit that long then have to start over a new order elsewhere.

I appreciate the service Eatstreet offers. When I've had an order delivered, it's always been on time and hot food. However, I wonder why restaurants that would previously deliver through Eatstreet, now have me "out of the delivery area."
I have no complaints about the driver position. If there is anything I would change, it would be related to the app itself. For instance, the notifications on orders stay up, even though you are already on the page and have clicked to find restaurant on the map. When you bring up the map for delivery location, it automatically changes status to On My Way. Is there a way that could be incorporated to new orders as well? The reason it is distracting is because I am in the app, am on the way, and it makes me believe I was added an additional order. I am happy to provide any additional insights you may be looking for.
Fast and easy
I keep giving them chance after chance because they work with a lot of great Milwaukee restaurants but the last 3 times I’ve ordered I’ve either been missing items, my food was never picked up or it’s delayed for no reason and the restaurant says it’s ready to go. If you can’t deliver in a timely manner maybe don’t offer so many options. It’s ridiculous that you’re never offered refunds, instead you’re given $6 off an order- seriously? That’s all you’ve got? I’ve had better service from my student loan companies and they don’t like to work with me most of the time. Seriously consider just picking up your food because if you use Eat Street you may not get it at all.

Very expensive and they make a lot of mistakes but at least unlike Grub Hub they'll actually try to fix mistakes rather than just shafting you.

If I could give negative stars I would. For starters I seen one local eatstreet guy in a vehicle half full of garbage smoking cigarettes with people's food in his car. He looked homeless and if he dropped my food off I would be absolutely appalled and disgusted. Apparently anyone with a shitbox can get a job working for these people. So I decided to give I a try because I live in a different city now. Ordered food from a local place for a Friday fish fry. For starters it was almost impossible to find a place to pick from because every place on their site said they it was closed even though they were all very well open. Finally got an order placed. Never got any confirmation anything, just an email saying the order was placed and they charged my card. About 10 minutes goes by and I get a text saying my order was cancelled and I'll get an email why. I get an email saying that my order was cancelled because the restaurant was not taking orders. That combined with all the places I seen that were open yet portrayed as closed on their (eatstreet) website I decided to call this place myself and ask why they were not taking orders. Well according to the restaurant many eatstreet drivers have been there to pick up orders and they were very much taking orders and they had no idea why I was informed that they were not or why my order was cancelled. I'm just gonna chalk it up to some lazy basement dwelling stoner didn't want to do his job and decided to cancel my order. This company is an absolute joke. -5 stars. If there is any other option I recommend you exercise that other option before considering this company. Even if it means going in getting your food yourself ****Update **** just had Eatstreet drop off food at my door. The incompetence of what just happened is absolutely mind boggling. "There was double orders placed" so nobody decided to confirm anything with me which would have prevented all of this. And why the lie of "they're not accepting orders" somebody screwed up and tried to cover it up and it all costed me almost $40. We'll see if I get a refund
I have enjoyed using EatStreet! I only had one bad experience with them, but it was corrected quickly. I just wish you could tip the driver after placing the order.
