NEVER USE!!!!!

My food was ordered with a 30 min delivery. It was then pushed to an hour. Then an hour and a half. When contacted, they couldn't locate the driver. When the food arrived, it was cold, wet, and NOT MINE!!! they brought me the wrong order.

Never got food, waited 2 hours, bad customer service

The driver took two hours to "deliver" our food. By that, I mean it took 2 hours before our app said food had been delivered. We made sure to uncheck the "leave at my door" box so the driver should've rang our bell or called us. She didn't. She dropped our food in 30 degree weather and left. And when we checked, it wasn't there. We told a rep right away and they said they'd look into it. A half our later we asked if there was an update for us and the literal response was "hold on". That was it. We barely got a refund and they tried to give us a $10 credit to make up for it and kept saying sorry for your inconvenience. Awful delivery service. I ordered Door Dash right after and received it within a half hour and the dasher actually rang the bell. Use Door Dash in Janesville, WI.

Orders never came

I placed an order (12/5/20) only to later receive an "order canceled" email, leaving me hungry and without food. What's worse, my previous order (12/1/20) left me waiting for hours. Nothing. Paypal shows an authorization to EatStreet for $40.96. This authorization never did complete itself. I think I know the reason. But you would think the EatStreet system would have at least contacted me to see why my order did not complete itself after a couple hours. Instead, I just sat around waiting and waiting. I kept checking for update info in the EatStreet app, but found none. I had deleted my account over the spring and summer b/c of the way I was treated by their customer support last winter. I wanted nothing to do with EatStreet. But too many of my favorite restaurants are tied to EatStreet. Most of the restaurants I order from are locked up by Eatstreet. I live in Madison, WI, which is where EatStreet has its HQ. If I could order from my favorite restaurants with another service, I would. So here I am, suffering their terrible service, once again.

Do NOT Use EatStreet - Useless Company

If I could review 0 out of 5 I would. We ordered from Coldstone Creamery (an ice cream restaurant). Our 'driver' (if he can even be called that at the deplorable service) texted to say he had 'dropped off' our order. We went to find it and couldn't. We tried multiple times to call the driver or text him and did not receive a response. Thankfully Coldstone offered to make it again for free. After going back to the apartment of the person who ordered (they live on the 3rd floor of a LOCKED APARTMENT BUILDING) the food was found melting outside the apartment door. They didn't even contact the person who ordered to be let into a locked apartment building. They just waited for a random tenant to let them in apparently. They left the COLD FROZEN food. In a warm building. The driver didn't even have the courtesy to make sure the food was received as it was cold and would melt! Eat Street has no phone number to attempt to leave a review and all you are able to do is email them. They try to give you a coupon or a small refund of the payment but it is such deplorable service that we will NEVER use it again. It's a wonder how they ever get business. This is not the first time this has happened. We have had terrible service from them before and have tried to give them multiple chances and they just don't improve. Do NOT use EatStreet. Use Door Dash or Grub Hub. At least they have ways to contact a REAL person and their drivers actually answer their phones. Extremely disgusted.

Extremely small portions and got yelled at

I went there to order some Kung pao chicken. When I got home I found that there were only 5 pieces and most of them were pretty small. Flavor was also tasteless. When I called to nicely complain about this the older woman started yelling at me in Chinese and then hung up. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Tried the service daily for 2 weeks, NEVER AGAIN

Tried the service daily for 2 weeks. Ordered 12 orders. Most orders arrive timely and consistently. Two of the 12 orders arrived incomplete. Requiring a reorder. Eatstreet doesn't refund the complete purchase price for the missing items. They also don't adjust the tip so for the last order I will ever place with this company. I ordered $46.00 order total, had none of the 3 drinks arrived and one of the sandwiches were missing bacon. I provided a $6.00 tip prior to receiving the order because there is no way to tip after receipt. They offered a refund of $7.31 which does not cover the tax charged or their mark-up only base rate of the items. They keep sending emails insisting they work hard to ensure order accuracy but evidence would prove to the contrary. If keeping my hundreds of $/month business isn't important to them why should they care anymore about your business?

No customer service help when no food arrived

I ordered my food two hours ago and still have not received it. They told me they delivered the food an hour and half ago. I have been emailing them. I got two emails back, one saying they couldn’t reach me on my cell, which I have no missed calls on, and the other telling me to check my front door again. I emailed eatstreet two more times asking them to look into it, but no response. It has been almost 45 minutes since I last emailed them. I am upset and frustrated that I do not have my food and no one is helping. Not even a refund.

I cant give the restaurant 0 stars. Between the restaurant and this app IDL which was more incompetent. I take a chance and ordered through this app because they had a WELCOME10 PROMO CODE. Unbeknownst to me there werent even any drivers available. Why allow folks to order food if there are no drivers. I wish I looked at the reviews before hand. Clearly this app/site is trash. Do not use thsi app.

This service doesn't even deserve one…

This service doesn't even deserve one star. I've had my order messed up several times, they ask for a tip before they even serve, and it takes 2+ days to get a refund. Today, the food that was delivered to me literally made me sick because it was incorrect. I ordered off of the vegetarian menu, and what I received was a beef burrito. I took a bite because it looked like the bean burrito I usually get, and I've been sick all day. Food allergies and sensitivities are very real, and this company just doesn't care.

When things do not go exactly as they should…

When things go exactly as they should its fine. But if anything goes wrong the customer is always the one that suffers. I've given customer support time and time again to step up but I'm finally giving up on it. I have deactivated my account and will use other services.

Horrible services!!!Ordered food from…

Horrible services!!!Ordered food from los Magueyes got part of my order. Then when called to say something the restaurant didn’t even apologize for it but said call EatStreet. Called EatStreet stayed that I would wait. She stated to wait for a email. Never got it so 15 minutes later I call EatStreet again and she states that they picked it up and it’s on it’s way. So not true. I called the restaurant again and he stated that we’re not there yet to pick it up. So I contacted EatStreet again and got the run around again. Finally told them to refund me my money. That was a joke. I will never order though them again took over an hour to get everything straight.

This company scam they deliver part of your order refund half of what was missing.there drivers are rude,lazy,and careless,the order is never correct the food has to be reheated in microwave oven it arrives so cold.these drivers get paid good money to drive and they cant even get that right.if your in quarantine and have to order in.this is not the company to use.

NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER OFF HERE AGAIN. Ordered kept going back saying it would deliver at 2 then 2:30 then 3 etc. I know there are better food delivery apps I will be using instead.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever! Ordered food at 5:30. Said it would be here at 6:12. Then they said 6:30. At 6:50 I called, then they said it would be here at 7:05. 7:20 I called again, they yelled at us, said they were the owner and that we were never told that. When we told them just to cancel our order they hung up on us!! So terrible!

ITS A SCAM!!

ITS A SCAM!!! The company takes your money and doesn’t give you any food. I ordered from Momiji, it was late so I called them and there was no answer, so I called Momiji and the manager said that they didn’t partner with Eatstreet. Moral of the story no refund, unsafe company

Was told i'd get refund for wrong order, never did.

Spent almost 50 dollars on an order. Driver delivered the wrong order and i notified Eatstreet about it. Was told i'd get a refund, never happened and was still charged anyway. Will never get my business again.
