Always have a positive experience with Eat Street. Food typically arrives on time and delivery drivers have been courteous.

I ordered with Eatstreet, which was super easy to do. My food was delivered quickly, and was hot and delicious. It would not have been more fresh if I had picked it up myself. It was a safe, no-contact delivery as well. I will continue to order with EatStreet!

Never had a problem with ordering through EatStreet. Allowing for times of heavy traffic the orders have come on time with everything I ordered

runs great promos and stuff but the food tracking could be better. ive also had drivers ignore my delivery instructions multiple times.

Have tried several delivery services, but EatStreet has never let us down. The order is always correct, it's delivered right when the tracking app says it will be.

The app works well; it isn't cluttered - very usable. I'd like it to be clearer when you're adding a tip, who the tip is going to: the delivery driver, the restaurant, EatStreet?

I have had almost exclusively great service with eatstreet. I had one experience where the eatstreet driver did not call my phone, so they left with my food. I've also had cold food delivered but I don't believe that was the drivers fault. I've ordered probably over 100 times and these are the only 2 negative instances I can think of. Pricing for delivered is mostly decent, not a fan of the increasing service fees.

I love using EatStreet to order food....I have used it for delivery and take out. It is easy to use and they let you know that the order was received, being made, and finally ready to be picked up. It's been very helpful, especially in these COVID times.

While I love Eatstreet, a lot of times the restaurants don't get my order right which is very frustrating. I know that's no fault of eatstreet but it still makes me hesitant to order through them since I know it could happen. Either way, they have fast, reliable delivery!

Hello: I ordered a pizza from ALL STAR LANES bowling alley. after that i called All Star and they did get the order they said it would ready in 15 -20 minutes. I called back in 35 minutes and they said it has been sitting here waiting for a driver. The pizza was delivered one hour and 5 minutes, You were short drivers that Friday night apparently..

EatStreet is very organized and so their very to please the customers

I ordered twice from restaurants. The first time I had free delivery. The second time I was charged two different delivery fees. I sent an email asking why and never received an answer. The delivery fees were not horrible, but I don't understand. I gave a 10% tip on both occasions. Upfront pricing would help consumers make better decisions. The food was from the same restaurant both times and it was ok, I wanted to help the employees of the restaurant and EatStreet, but the lack of transparency is hard to navigate.

Fast delivery, easy site to order from, courteous. Food was hot, containers were neat. Will definitely order from then again.

Unlike grubhub and others, eatstreet has partnered with the places they deliver from.

Simple order was 2/3 incorrect, and their response was a $3 gift certificate on a $10 order, not even enough to cover the service and delivery fees of my incorrect order very poor customer service.
