I only used EatStreet once, and my security was compromised immediately (my email address with Eatstreet Password was left on the DarkWeb). POOR Security. If you're going to use EatStreet, then create an email just for this - and get a credit card that is not directly linked to your account - added security. EatStreet could care less about your security as long as they get their money. Never again.

McGeorges has the best wings ever! We ordered the spicy garlic pepper and the hot buffalo wings. The portions of each wing are HUGE! Great presentation and even better taste! Truly the best wings in all of Green Bay! Fantastic!

Excessive 15% service fee goes to EatStreet even for pick up orders. I will never again use this service.

This service continues not to work to place orders. Unable to complete an order to pay, regularly does not accept discount codes. Local businesses have unfortunately lost our business due to not being able to order through eat streets.

going on two hours and still dont have my food. I live in a small town. i should have just went and picked it up myself.

Every time i order they dont follow directions for one.. then why does it always come up with an error message "talking bout your card not working" then next thing you know u got TWO CHARGES ON UR ACCOUNT..ggrr Then you tell them to cancel one and they end up cancelling both..SMGDH!! I ordered at 630 and the rest. sd they dont know where the driver is at and its 745 and I still dont have anything..

Worst service ever. I ordered take out from my favorite restaurant and made the mistake of trying to get it delivered through Eat Street. I placed my order at 7:04 pm last night, a little tracker popped up and told me the ETA for my order would be 8pm, not too bad. Around 7:45 I checked the tracker again and the ETA got extended to 8:35 pm. I was annoyed but I assumed maybe it was a busy night or something and hoped the food would get to me before the ETA. Around 8:40 I was starving and angry and called the restaurant to check what was going on, come to find out the restaurant closed at 8. I called Eat Street, went straight to voicemail, sent an email as well. About five minutes later I check the website tracker and it said “your order wasn’t able to go through, your refund will be in your account in 7-10 business days” No apology, no explanation, nothing. Obviously I’m glad my money is being refunded but they can’t refund my time that was wasted. Will never use this service again.

I ordered chinese food at 6pm through eat street. The restaurant closesd at 8pm and it says so online. The estimates delivery i was given was 7:30pm. At 7:50pm, I saw that the eta changed to 8:30. I called the restaurant and they did not have my order at all. I immediately called eat street and they said it would take 10 more minutes. At 8:05pm, a different eat street representative called me to tell me that the restaurant closed before they could send in my order and that they would refund me, but I would not get my food. It took them 2 hours to even put the order in. No apologies from this guy. Then, 2 minutes later, another representative called me to tell me the exact same thing. She was at least nice and apologized for the inconvenience. Had I known that I was not going to received my order, I could have planned something different for dinner. But due to covid-19 restrictions, all restaurants and grocery stores close at 8pm. I will never use eat street services again, and I want to implore others to use a more reliable service like grubhub, munchies or doordash.

it is the best thing around all three places I have ordered are on time hood notification professionalism during these times cleanliness!!! I love it! coming back over and over :-)

Horrible... I had two botched orders in a row now. First they canceled an order I placed that was charged to my account and marked out for delivery. Then, two weeks later I regrettably tried again, and my order was delivered to the wrong location and I had to wait for a refund of my money for 2-3 days. Went to bed hungry, horrible service.

HORRIBLE!!! Ordered for delivery at 7pm, time kept changing and getting later and later. Food finally came at 8:35 and was ICE COLD. I was offered a coupon for my "next" delivery- like I would ever use this service again? DO NOT WATSTE YOUR MONEY.

I only used this once and will never do it again. I ordered well in advance. I ordered food for a friend who medically can not make dinner for themselves. My friend called and said they never got any food. I looked at my order and just then received an email my order was canceled because they could not confirm with restaurant that they had receive the order. This puts me in a real bind. Thanks Eatstreet for nothing. Oh and said I wouldn't get a refund for 3 to 5 days. Uggghh

Just ordered from eatstreet. We did not receive our entire order. Contacted customer service and all they offered was a $5 coupon. The missing food was worth more. Poor customer service. They can keep their $5.

It sucks i waited for more than 2 hours for my food and I got nothing i called the restaurant and they said they never received my order and they send me a email saying enjoy your food. I had my children asking where was the food and my money can't be refunded until may be 3 days. Very disappointed

Normally when I order from eatstreet, it can be good. This time, it wasn't even before I got the food. The estimated time of arrival (Original order put in at 4:39pm) was 5:07pm. Then it changed to 5:10pm. Then it changed to 5:21pm. Now it's 5:26pm. By the time my order gets here, it's gonna be cold, and may as well not even order for hot food from this delivery service. This is the LAST TIME I'm ordering from eatstreet, EVER.

Made an order that should’ve taken an hour at most to be delivered and TWO HOURS LATER, I’m still left waiting. I called the restaurant and they said my order was ready for a while and the app didn’t send a driver. Who runs this app??????

I have no clue how this app has overall rating of 3.9! HORRIBLE SERVICE... I have used twice both times my orders took FOREVER! I literally live less the 10 minutes away from the restaurants I ordered from... both times the initial time of arrival was 30 minutes after pick up which I was ok with but as time went on the estimated delivery time changed to an hour after the food was picked up. If you want cold food and don’t care how long it sits in a car then this will work for you! Gave it 2 shots and now deleted the app.

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER! I’ve ordered from EatStreet a hand full of times and something ALWAYS goes wrong. One time the order was completely messed up when it got to me another time it took over 2.5 hours to get my food. Customer service people are NOT helpful what so ever. But last night was the finally straw. I ordered my food and waited about 30 minutes still no food. Got on the app to live chat with a customer service rep. they took forever to reply only to tell me to call a number. So I did was on hold for about 5 minutes before someone answered told them I wanted to know where my food was they took my ordered number and put me on hold. Was on hold for 10 minutes and the call ended. I tried to remain calm and just call again. So I did. This time the lady didn’t put me on hold because I told her I was disconnected last time. Only to find out that my order had been cancelled!!!! Which I DID NOT do. Was not given any reasons behind why it was cancelled was just hung up on. I was extremely upset but let it go since my account was not charged. BUT now the following day my account was charged for food I NEVER GOT. I’m so done with EatStreet. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Don’t let them scam you of your money and leave you hungry.
