Ordered chicken strips from a restaurant and my order was messed up, my driver couldn't find my apartment, and now I'm out $20 and have no supper so I have to make my own food and half of my food budge for this week is gone. Always specify your orders twice to make sure you don't end up like me

Hot garbage. Paid for a dinner, expected delivery like a normal human during Covid. Nothing for over an hour. Called the restaurant and they said they have no relationship with eat street and no order in the system. Too bad for the restaurant and eat street as well not be using either in the future. Easy, local, fast

We ordered dinner from KFC through EatStreet at 7:45 PM. An hour later, we had mostly inedible food. My husband's Nashville Hot sauce leaked heavily into the rest of the bag, soaking his biscuit and making it inedible. My meal was almost hit, too, with the box being drenched in sauce and it was entirely wrong. I wanted the 3 chicken tender meal with ranch, cole slaw, a cookie, a biscuit, and Mountain Dew. What I got was 2 thighs and a drumstick with mashed potatoes and I don't even like the original recipe. My husband also got mashed potatoes instead of his requested fries. The only thing that was 100% correct was the side of large potatoes and small corn, but even that was leaking because it was overstuffed. The best part is that we got no receipt from the driver, probably because he or she knew they really messed up...

Food never arrived, even after contacting customer support. Finally cancelled order after waiting almost 2 hours.

You guys have always done well by me and mine. When there's a mistake, you do whatever it takes to fix the problem as quickly as possible. Thank you.

22852478 placed on 9/5/20. Received text stating order delivered but order was not delivered. Spent over an hour convincing your customer service team I didn’t get order before finally being issued a refund. I’m a frequent customer I should have been treated better.

Never any issues

I ordered my food from Eatstreet for pickup. At the scheduled pickup time I had to go to the restaurant to pick up the food. I then had to place my own order for the food that Eatstreet guaranteed would be ready at the time I ordered my food. The restaurant made the food based on the confirmation and my own good standing. I confirmed with Eatstreet that the restaurant would be paid multiple times. 5 days later the restaurant is still not paid. Eatstreet decided that instead of paying the restaurant they would refund me the money, but it will take 2-3 business days. (so they may also be scamming again and I may never see the money) So for my own good name I now need to go pay the restaurant. In general, buy directly (ie call the business and order instead of eatstreet). there was a ~10-25% charge above what the store charges which is understandable if they are doing any action (ie actually ordering my food, paying for the food out of the money I paid.) Instead of refunding me, they needed to pay the business partner. When they decided to refund me shows that they are had been lied to me and are dishonest, don't care about there business partners or customers.

This remains to be one of the best restaurants in this area. I was able to order my food and received it in record time! They kept the customers safe by using masks, gloves, and social distancing. The employees were very friendly and professional as usual. The food was hot and delicious! Keep up the great work!

It is so easy to order online. The check-out process is quick. The system remembers my previous orders and diet preferences so I don't have to type it in every time. They are quick to address and resolve any problem. I wish all of my favorite restaurants used EatStreet! I love the discounts that I receive for being a frequent customer!

I entered my work cc to use for an employee meeting order and when I checked my personal account the next day it was charged instead. It was a large order so I'm not happy at all........................
