Always on time, and with a smile!

Eat Street has provided excellent service. Deliveries were always on time, and the food was always hot. We’ve used them 4 or 5 times to deliver from various restaurants and it’s always consistent.

It's my go-to for delivery. The drivers are always on time, polite, and follow my special instructions.

I've never really had any problems involving Carteret. They've always helped me when I had questions and their delivery workers are generally really nice. Been using EatStreet for years now. No complaints here.

EatStreet is easy to use and my order was accurate and ready to go within the estimated time.

They are very good at making deliveries on time. I don't know who puts the orders together, but several of our have been wrong. There is no where to call. This concerns us.

Excellent pizza and great specials. The taco pizza is the best! Milwaukee street pizza is my family's favorite pizza place in Janesville.

The idea of the service is good. The development is very poor on the app. -the order of the question when the app is open is wrong. I need a list of the places I ordered first because that is possible why I am opening the app. -Do not need you to ask me if it is delivery or takeout at this time because I do not know that yet. -Do not need to ask me to enter my address at this time because who cares at this point. -the list for “Oder again” is not accurate and seems arranged for your convenience. Like places that participate somehow get on the list. And the ones that do not, do not make it. Remember what people want when they open your app. They are hungry and do not need to see a fork, just food that is appetizing.

Awful experience. First I tried to order using their $5 discount. It did not work. After contacting them for advise, I tried again. The page said my order went through. I paid and when I checked online to seewhenit would come, I got a message that Eat street had cancelled my order! I will never use them again.

COVID changed the way we eat!! I've been ordering Cozumel Mexican food to be delivered by EatStreet every Saturday evening for the past 9 months. I have also ordered Chinese and Chipotle. What finally made me stop was not getting things that I paid for in my orders. Nothing torques a guy like getting the wrong food or paying for something that you never receive. This happened at least 8 times over the months. You just don't know what meal is going to be ruined. I have left these surveys and never received so much as an apology or contact back. Why keep doing the same thing and expect different results? Therefore, I have now changed my tact to calling the restaurant directly and picking it up myself. That way, I can check my order for accuracy and completeness on the spot. I now save a ton doing it this way too. Sure, the convenience factor is certainly gone, but at least I consistently get what I order now. Why pay more for less, just mask up and power on! EatStreet, you need to check your orders for completeness, and actually care enough to reach out to your customers that are legitimately unsatisfied in these surveys and make it right...until then, you're fired!

I love the convenience of using Eat Street to have food delivered. Never had any problems with delivery and the staff always has a wave from the porch.

EatStreet has always been on time and fair with their customer service. I applaud them for that. My two issues are my food is rarely hot when it gets to me, and about half the time, it smells of smoke from the delivery person. I am not a smoker, so the smell is very distinct to me.

Great ordering experience

The driver provided our order quickly and was able to find my address without difficulty, but the delivery did not contain what we ordered. We ordered 3 of one flavor and 3 of another and just got 6 of one flavor.

A lot of issues with orders not being validated or confirmed and the delay on the time is far to long to confirm orders. Had one night where I ordered from two separate places and both weren’t confirmed and it took up to an hour to just get a response that my food wasn’t going to be delivered.
