I ordered twice from restaurants
I ordered twice from restaurants. The first time I had free delivery. The second time I was charged two different delivery fees. I sent an email asking why and never received an answer. The delivery fees were not horrible, but I don't understand. I gave a 10% tip on both occasions. Upfront pricing would help consumers make better decisions. The food was from the same restaurant both times and it was ok, I wanted to help the employees of the restaurant and EatStreet, but the lack of transparency is hard to navigate.
