Delivery service that doesn't deliver. First off, I'm not a big fan of third-party deliver services. They gauge restaurant profit and charge an absurd amount. I get it though, they bring in more business. The one time that I'm feeling like I'm going to splurge, I get a message that eatstreet doesn't deliver to my location (1.3 miles away) So just for funseys I put in the address next door to the restaurant You bet your ass they would deliver there, with a minimum $15.00 deliver fee. Like I said before, rip off

We used EatStreet during an extended project over several weekends for the crew working outside. Ordering was easy, paying was easy, including the tip. The delivery arrived very quickly & the drivers were masked, friendly and had the food ready as they came up the drive. It was our first experience using a delivery service. We are all impressed by EatStreet all the way around. Thanks

Very efficient! Wonderful experience overall.

The delivery times have been really inaccurate a few times (like double+) and the last time I used EatStreet. I ordered delivery on a weeknight, and ETA was ~50 minutes, but the order didn’t arrive until 2 hours after ordering. I know that sort of thing sometimes just happens, but I contacted EatStreet through the link on their site and never heard back, which is unacceptable to me. I essentially paid $40+ for leftovers to be delivered and to have some additional chaos in my night with having to scramble around to come up with dinner and clean dishes (with an increasingly insistently whiny hungry kid at my heels). So, a net negative experience (EatStreet should pay me!). I decided to stop ordering through EatStreet and just try to order directly through local restaurants. So far so good.

It was a no contact delivery. The driver stayed in the driveway and watched until I came out to retrieve my food. Plus she added a personal touch by waving back to my 14 month old grandson who waved to her thru the door. It made him and myself very happy.

As someone who is terrified of leaving my house because people are judgmental and rude these days and that scares me, I chose to start using eat street, to be home and have no issue with people. That being said, I’m someone who’s go with the flow unless it bothers me and you know what bothers me being shy and having a delivery service forgetting food out of my orders like many times. First they’ve “forgot” to remove cheese off my order, then it was they forgot a burger out of my meal. LIKE IM HUNGRY AND I PAID FOR THAT! I wish people would double check their work. I mean is it that hard to not put something on a order that’s one less step, a lazy persons dream. I would appreciate that yes I’m shy and I could have called but I’m shy and anxious why would I do that... when I could just do this...

Fast and convenient and on time delivery. It would be nice if the continuously send coupons with each order.

We have recently started using EatStreet (about a month or so) and have been very happy with it. I like being able to track my order from start to delivery. They are on time and the food is hot. Always wearing a mask, which makes me more comfortable.

We live just outside the 7 mile limit for delivery, so in this case we ordered takeout. The ordering process was easy and the staff at the restaurant were outstanding. I realize that there needs to be a limit, but EatStreet would have many more orders if the delivery territory was expanded!

Great experience and you can keep track of where your order is during the entire process. I will be using them again.

Great service, no contact, arrived as noted in app. Only suggestion would be some way to insure food is warm on arrival. It was kind of Luke warm and we didn’t have power at the time to be able to warm it up. Overall, I’ll be using EatStreet again

We live 3 miles out of town in a 400 + house development and have only 1 option for delivery. Several for pickup.

Food arrived hot and when expected.

First time using any type of this service and had a great experience!
