This company are exemplary. Their food deliveries are always packed with care when cooked is always very tasty. I have not got a bad word to say about them. Keep up the good work guys.

I have been using Donald Russell for a number of years. The quality of the food is good however, lately I have seen a deterioration in their customer service. On 2 occasions we have had delivery issues eg very late deliveries by their courier DHL. The last shipment was delivered 6 hours outside the expected timeline which, with hot weather, means extra deterioration of food. Some of the items in the shipment had started to thaw. Emailed their CS team only to be told they could not guarantee deliveries... May have to with to alternative provider.

Fabulous produce, so much better than supermarkets, yes it’s a little pricey and portions are smaller in comparison to supermarkets when you first look, but honestly the quality is well worth it

Followed the instructions for 'medium' and the result was perfectly cooked medium-rare lamb encased in a crispy pastry top and bottom. A delicious dinner that served three generous portions.

We were looking forward to the fish cakes but were disappointed. There was only 10% of fish in these and I do not think we could taste the parsley. It also seemed to have more crust than necessary. My husband said we could make better!

Excellent food at a reasonable price, Some of the "Offers" are exceptional value.

Generally great quality. Especially the burgers! Also enjoyed the Indian selections but, as with another customer, the chicken could be stringy! I shall continue as a customer without doubt!

I have used Donald Russell for years and have never had any issues. The meat is excellent and well priced with fantastic offers. The deliveries are well packaged and I receive notification of times etc. The customer service team are also brilliant always polite and helpful

The meat has been delicious so far, both the lamb shoulder and the pork mini joint were succulent and very tasty. I have been less impressed with the chicken pakora. It was tough and stringy and did not crisp at all. I was also disappointed in the Indian mixed snack box. I had some unappealing chicken pakoras and what turned out to be a box of flakes, some with batter. These were more like poor quality onion bajis rather than the lovely gram flour based pakora I remember from my youth in Glasgow.

Great products, we've been buying their Sausages, Burgers, minced steak and various other products for years. Their website is easy to use and place orders, which turn up as promised.

I would 100% recommend this company to anyone, their food is amazing. I've never had an issue so haven't had to get in touch with Customer Service and I've been ordering for a few years now.

I have been buying from Donald Russell for years now and still like their products, especially the crab claws and salmon fillets. The venison and mushroom burgers are superb and leave virtually no fat on the griddle. I used to buy the chicken legs and turkey escalopes as they made great healthy meals but I haven't seen them on sale for a while. I hope they come back.
