I submitted my request at 1119AM. It is now 4PM and nothing. I called the number provided and live person picked up and asked me to hold. Then never came back to the phone. I then called back 3 times and each time I was transferred automatically to a voicemail system for the supposed doctor. I finally called back again and got a live person and that person told me their "system" was backed up that I might get something in a few hours. I called about a consultation reference a tooth ache and needed medication simply to carry me over until Monday and they were a large failure at a simple thing like this.

Do not use!!!! I paid twice and never received any correspondence back and when I tried to email e address they provided it was undeliverable!!! Do not use dr Alexa!!!!’

I Had a horrible boil/ skin infection! the dr ask me to send a picture and prescribed me some antibiotics and cleared it up!!!!

Absolute waste of time. Filled out their forms for treatment of a sinus infection that had lasted a little over a week. As a FNP myself I know standard treatment at that point is an antibiotic. They advertise that they prescribe antibiotics for and treat sinus infections. Nope! An hour after I sent my request and paid for their consultation I got an email saying “sorry we can’t treat a sinus infection.” Total false advertising. All of the positive reviews are sketchy because they all have the same diction and syntax and their experiences are 180° opposite of mine. Wouldn’t use them again.

I have been having intense dental pain over the last couple days, and trying to schedule an appointment to have antibiotics prescribed has been a challenge. Submitted my request to Dr Alexa, thank God, script sent directly to my requested pharmacy, and a few hours later, I got it. Excellent service, I would definitely recommend.

Although I originally had a smooth experience with this company when I needed a simple antibiotic prescription, things quickly went downhill when I decided to use them again. This time I needed a renewal of the medication I have taken for years for my chronic illness. The site promises a quick turnaround time for this service, but this could not be further from the truth. It has now been 7 days since I submitted the request and I have not heard anything back from this company. All of my calls get automatically hung up on by their system and my messages to their online customer support system have gone completely unanswered. I have been unable to breathe properly for days because they will not communicate the status of my request. I have decided to go elsewhere for my renewal, but this company’s poor communication has led to a significant deterioration in my health. And while I’ve requested a refund due to their inability to provide the service I paid for, they are still holding on to my money and refuse to reply to me. There are so many other great telehealth options out there — I urge you to go elsewhere if you have an urgent healthcare need.

Don’t know how this site has so many good reviews. Knew I shouldn’t trust it but decided to give it a try. I waiting three days before requesting a refund. I’m sure I won’t get it back. Don’t wast your time with this site or believe all these peoples saying they got their consultation.

Legit!!! Submitted my online form at 9pm and prescription was called to pharmacy by 10!! I was nervous bc I tried a different company (which did not respond in the 24 hours promised) and I was in a pinch as I needed meds before leaving on a little romantic getaway (a romantic getaway with BV is no longer very romantic 😑). They really came through and I will definitely use them again!

I’m so very pleased I found Dr Alexa! I have an infection in a tooth and it’s hurting pretty bad and no money for an emergency dentist. After entering my information and submitting it the process took no more than 30 minutes to get done and sent to my pharmacist! Thank you so much for the help! I HIGHLY recommend using this service!

It appeared that the $38 fee for a prescription would be cheaper that waiting for a doctor visit. But then finding that a new prescription would be required EVERY month with a $35 fee is definitely a SCAM! edit: I have now received a $38 REFUND (could be result of this review) edit+1: This merchant has a communication problem. I related exactly what was conveyed to me by correspondence and web access to their information. I suspect that they may have a more informative approach but this was dsconcerting.

This website was a lifesaver for me. I had a terrible tooth infection over the weekend. I found this website in the evening. They sent an electronic script to my Pharmacy and I was able to pick up my medication the next morning. I would absolutely use them again.

doctoralexa.com was an excellent service all the way around. I didn't want to go into a Doctor's Office because I didn't want to be exposed to other peple who were sick so this service was the perfect solution.

Convenient, quick & as thorough as they possibly can get without seeing me in person. I had an intimate problem over the weekend & after hours, This kept me from going to urgent care/hospital. So happy they responded back by early morning with a prescription called into my pharmacy. I was so happy that there was no video involved which I really was stressing about, in fact everything was dealt with in answering questions via writing bc I had missed their phone call. So if you have a personal situation you're embarrassed or nervous about, know you're safe here. Just honestly answer the questions so they can diagnos & treat you right or until you can see your regular Dr. I'll definitely use them again if I need to again.
