I had tooth pain that I could feel had become seriously infected. Covid has made it difficult and risky to see a dentist, who was going to tell me what I already knew then try selling me on a bunch of procedures. And appointments tend to be days or weeks out, and with the pain I was experiencing I didn’t have that kind of time. I submitted a request for an antibiotic and prescription oral rinse and within hours I received confirmation the prescription was ready to be picked up. And the cost of the service was at least half what it would have been otherwise. And it did the trick, infection gone! This is my first time using Doctor Alexa and it was an easy, comfortable experience. I will definitely use them in the future.

Dr. Alexa is a life saver. It was so easy to write what was wrong. Not having Insurnace is hard enough, but Dr Alexa's prices are great and the time it takes to explain what is wrong and get the correct diagnosis is awesome. Thank you Dr. Alexa

I had a toothache and due to Covid, getting to the dentist in a timely manner is harder due to limited availability. I submitted a consultation request and within one hour, I had a response and care plan laid out. Within two hours, I had the antibiotics in hand. This is my second time using Doctor Alexa and both times have been a fantastic experience. I will continue to use them in the future.

I am very thankful for this service. I was able to take care of an issue discreetly without having to deal with in-person appointments, etc. I will use this service again if I ever have a need for it, and recommend it highly.

This is a great service, especially during these times of overwhelmed emergency rooms. I had a reaction to an antibiotic and notified the doctor and he responded right away, giving me a different medication to try. I am grateful for the attentive care that I received. The whole process was simple, I took a uti test purchased at walgreens and provided the results in my submission.

Honestly, i am Picky! I am a RN w.out dental insurance & I'm busy & i KNOW the Medical industry. With that being said, this company is FANTASTIC!!!!!! I have a dental infection & don't have the time etc to go find a new dentist pay for exams blah$blah$ JUST to be told i need antibiotics at a Very costly price! This company charged me ONLY $38 & sent my Prescriptions Straight to MY pharmacy....Meds Already ready & only $35. WHOLE experience Including Doctor's consultation & prescription was ONLY $75!!!!!! AWESOME COMPANY WILL ABSOLUTELY USE AGAIN & RECOMMEND!!!
