Terrible communication — 7 days since request & no response

Although I originally had a smooth experience with this company when I needed a simple antibiotic prescription, things quickly went downhill when I decided to use them again. This time I needed a renewal of the medication I have taken for years for my chronic illness. The site promises a quick turnaround time for this service, but this could not be further from the truth. It has now been 7 days since I submitted the request and I have not heard anything back from this company. All of my calls get automatically hung up on by their system and my messages to their online customer support system have gone completely unanswered. I have been unable to breathe properly for days because they will not communicate the status of my request. I have decided to go elsewhere for my renewal, but this company’s poor communication has led to a significant deterioration in my health. And while I’ve requested a refund due to their inability to provide the service I paid for, they are still holding on to my money and refuse to reply to me. There are so many other great telehealth options out there — I urge you to go elsewhere if you have an urgent healthcare need.
