I submitted my request at 1119AM

I submitted my request at 1119AM. It is now 4PM and nothing. I called the number provided and live person picked up and asked me to hold. Then never came back to the phone. I then called back 3 times and each time I was transferred automatically to a voicemail system for the supposed doctor. I finally called back again and got a live person and that person told me their "system" was backed up that I might get something in a few hours. I called about a consultation reference a tooth ache and needed medication simply to carry me over until Monday and they were a large failure at a simple thing like this.
