Since my case was taken over by Ruchi Fowle things seemed to move on a lot faster than before. Ruchi kept me up to date with how things were going, she was very happy to speak to me and always answered my emails promptly. The process seemed to take a long time, but I guess that's how things work. I was pleased with the outcome and thankful that I had Ruchi to guide me through it.

RTA happened in May 2023 and still waiting for closure. We're in April 2024. Speak with the case handler 1 x a month if lucky and when we do, it's in a rush, loads of gaslighting: se never explains things clearly or patiently, always in a rush, and shuts me down. I suspect this company is only taking money from car insurances while stringing clts along. Complaint with the Ombudsman submitted today. That's what we should all do.
I was asked to phone a member of staff urgently about a court case involving a claim from last year. The date if the claim was wrong. I rang the direct dial number provided seven times in the day. I spoke to two other people who were pleasant but unable to help directly. One said he would ask her to ring me. The other said the same and would also contact her line manager. Sttill no phone call what an awful company. What is the line manager doing? Lazy or incompetent?

She is very knowledgeable on all levels, has a very professional but also approachable manner, and always shows patience and kindness. I very much hope I get to stay as her client alone for the rest of my claim.
I am pulling my hair out. I have been dealing with samantha tyrell, I have asked her to contact the garage and my insurers to simply get from her the information on how long the garage had my car in for repairs, instead of acting on instructions she keeps requesting for me to ascertain this information, although I have provided her with authorisation.
its now coming upto 4 years since my accident, and DLG still haven't gone to the third party to negotiate, my 6th claims handler was ok, i finally got a timeframe for resolution, what happens? she leaves i now have a new person and the claim has been pushed onto a 'multi track' team, everything seems to have been an effort. vague responses, claims paperwork hasn't been completed/ received. first medic said i needed to see another doctor, that took another year, he said i need to see another specialist, that took 13 months, he recommended the treatment, that took another 10 months to arrange.. i was told the final valualtion calc was ready to go once the final bill was received this was 6 months ago. bill received start Jan, no progress since.. I'M REALLY FED UP.. avoid
