We were made to feel at ease right from the start. Nana was extremely professional and caring.

Over the last 3 years we have been taking care of by Ali Emran . From the very first day Ali has been courteous , kind and very patient . I felt very well supported by the legal representative called Mr Emran Ali. He guided me all the way through my case with honest and realistic goals to help me under stand how to make the decision around my case His approach to me showed appathy but at times firmness to guide me in the situation I was in I hope i don't have to have legal representation but If I did then I would hope either Mr Emran Ali would represent me in which ever company he works for or someone of his nature and expertise I think I would find it difficult to find legal representatition that could do his job like Mr Emran Ali unless he had trained someone to work to his standards

Shockingly poor service. Four years to resolve a no-fault claim. Beneficiary died before resolution. South Africa based administration with poor communication ability didn’t help. Avoid if possible.
Phones on time, didn’t take long time
Jo (Leeds) has been very helpful, understanding and has helped get things moving with my claim. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for some of the other staff at DLG Legal who were very dismissive of my issues and did not help at all. I wish that all the staff acted like Jo has with me. She always acted on her promises, returning my phone calls etc as requested, has been proactive in dealing with things and has been a pleasure to talk to. Thanks Jo!

DLG Legal Services, a mixed bag! Their initial triage was good but my first two case handlers were not, I complained about one and the other left; then I struck gold with Maryam Farhan-Qudussi who led me through the legal processes to a satisfactory conclusion.
Literally seemed to be committing fraud in conjunction with Privilege insurance. They lied to me and refused to answer basic questions regarding my case. They kept blaming insurers for telling them not to look into basic matters which were included in my claim. They refused to clarify anything or even communicate with the insurer on any points raised. How the SRA allows these sheisters to operate is beyond me.

I can’t believe the bad comments and poor experiences about DLG-I must have been blessed with my appointment of Nick Moore as my representative from the above company! My accident during SEPTEMBER 2020 was a slow and a painful resolution but Nick took it in his stride to get through! He’s ALWAYS kept in contact,through email and telephone calls-and his professionalism,empathy and caring nature was second to none! We EVENTUALLY solved the case LAST month-he’s a credit to his profession,his company and himself as a human being-keep up the great Nick-take care Noel John
