Fobbed off until the drone is out of…
Fobbed off until the drone is out of warranty, then simply ignored by DJI. My Mini Pro 4 is wasted - It simply does not fly and the cost of it is 100% wasted. After purchasing 5 x DJI drones over 3 years, and being a fully qualified competent pilot,,,,, this is DJI's support system. The Problems with the DJI Mini 4 Pro + RC 2 Controller Since NEW 1 - The is showing updated to 1.16.0 but the screen on the RC2 Controller will not show new UPDATE HOME POINT on the main screen. (see attached screen shot) 2 - The RC2 Controller will not connect to iphone (see attached photo) so cannot quick transfer videos , files etc. 3 - The RC2 screen continually shows STORAGE FULL when it's not full and has been reset and re-formatted several times...... Please Advise Dear Customer, Greetings from DJI Technical Support. This is Danny and this is a follow-up email with regards to the conversation you had with me regarding your DJI RC 2. Regarding the storage full. I recommend you to connect DJI RC 2 to your computer to clear the files. If there's any sd card inserted to the remote controller, you can remove and replace the sd card with a new one or you can use the sd card reader to connect to the computer to clear the files.
