I had to call over & over again since…

I had to call over & over again since no one had contacted me within the time period of 24 to 48 hours indicated on the webpage. It was a week later when I was finally contacted.

Probably a decent option for some but seems like a scam

1. The service was okay. Expected a call in 48 hours but it took nearly 5 days 2. The call went fine, doctor was decent but unwilling to provide a permanent certificate (probably policy so that they can keep making me pay for the service every 6 months) 3. Did not get any email with the tracking number (was told I would get an email with it) 4. The document arrived but was not accepted by the DMV

Worth every penny

After years of my in network doctors repeatedly refusing to sign off on a permanent handicap placard, I accidentally used an expired handicap placard and received a $330 parking ticket. The officer recommended that I get a permanent handicap placard but my doctor’s would only grant me 6 month temporary handicap placards. Divanmed was able to help me find a doctor who gave me a second opinion and since the doctor was not employed by my network, he was able to give me an unbiased opinion. I definitely recommend Divanmed for anyone looking for an unbiased second opinion. Divanmed has definitely reduced my stress levels. I used their services in California.

I'm disappointed in your website

I'm disappointed in your website, its offered information as if you actually offer and deliver the handicap placards. When in actuality you only fill out the application, which is easy and self explanatory. Then you charge $159.00, despicable preying on people who are challenged with health crisis! I tried contacting you all by email, according to the person who contacted me by phone and could not. A full refund is all I want. Sincerely, LaTrece J Rodgers

it’s Important To Keep Your Word

The email I received informing me I was qualified for a handicap sticker said that I would receive the completed application in 5-7 days. That was 15 days ago. When I called about this delay, the secretary who answered checked and informed me the application was still on the doctor’s desk but would be sent shortly. It appears that this application is a lot more important to me than to you.

It would be nice to know what I'm reviewing. I think it is the on line experience with My Scripps. If so this time it kept giving me a error message when I tried to pay my copay. I even tried another credit card and got the same error message. Also, the website and any interaction is extremely slow.
