This was not a horrible experience by any means, but neither was it stellar. It took 3 e-mail inquiries to keep the process moving along but they did come through eventually. On the bright side, customer service was quick to respond and seemed effective. No complaints there. I get it. Stuff happens. Having a good CS department goes a long way towards lessening the negative impact of misc. problems and issues that are bound to come up. In spite of the few hiccups I experienced, I would still recommend Divanmed to anyone looking for a one stop place for assistance with HC plates or tags.
