Still Don’t Have My Tracking Info
The Dr. was amazing and handled my claim almost immediately. Would have been a five star experience, but it’s been over double the allotted time and I still don’t even have a tracking number for my disability DMV paperwork. I called the help number a few days ago and was told I’d get one emailed to me right away, but I still have nothing. Im going to call again after the new year to try and figure out what’s going on, otherwise I’m going to try and get my money back from my credit card company. I don’t mind waiting and I get the holidays and COVID are causing delays, but just keep me informed or something; don’t keep me guessing. I’ll update the rating if I’m able to actually get the service I purchased, but otherwise I can’t rate it past a one star.
