They carried an item that had been discontinued in all retailers I have looked at recently. They are legit. I placed an order on Monday (Labor Day) and received the items on Wednesday, exactly as described, with no problems. Would highly recommend!
Found a chair on their website and ordered based on their advertised shipping speed. Many days have passed since that expected arrival date, each time I contact them my order is "delayed" and they have now sent me two invalid shipping numbers. The shipper, SAIA, has no record of my order. Trying for a refund next, I guess. Their location in Wisconsin is "permanently closed" according to Google with only two reviews, but somehow they have 4.6 stars advertised on their website and recent reviews. All very suspicious based on their 1 and 2 star review everywhere else. My fault for trying someone new, I guess.
I had read so many negative reviews I almost didn’t order my new office chair, but I decided to take a chance since their price in the chair I wanted was so much better than any other I could find. So pleasantly surprised that my chair was delivered so quickly and it was in perfect shape. I am completely satisfied with this experience!!!

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Photos in the product description were misleading and they offer absolutely no help with returning large items. Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer support. The cost of packaging and shipping back myself was close to $400 and they don’t allow self drop offs. They also don’t help pay for the shipment back nor guarantee refunds upon the return. I will never be purchasing something from OfficeSupply.com again.
