Stay away

Stay away. We recently orders 6-16 (96 total ounces) ounce bags pillow stuffing. The order arrived with 6 bags of various weights totaling 79 ounces. Emailed the company with our order number and registered our concerns. Never heard back from them so we phoned. Yes, they received the email. Yes they will send a replacement bag with the missing 17 ounces of pillow stuffing. Received the replacement bag which weighed 12.5 ounces. Emailed the Office Supply again and was told they would send out a third shipment. Another 16 ounce bag of pillow stuffing, but if it only contained 12-13 ounces, we should be satisfied because we would have received enough stuffing to equal our initial 96 ounce order. Today we received a full 16 ounce bag of pillow stuffing. Initial order was January 27 2025. Finally received our complete order after three separate shippings on February 17 2025.

Ordered two boxes of 240 pencils

Ordered two boxes of 240 pencils. Received 2 boxes of 60 pencils. Called & received promise that it would be corrected. Did the same thing a second time. Now demanding that the latest reshipment be returned before sending the corrected order. It was their problem. Put the blame on the supplier. Did nothing to make the problem right.

IMPECABLE 5 STAR EXPERIENCE

I found the 2 star reviews and I said let me place a $50 order and I ordered the simplest items that could also not break in transport. Received my box in impeccable condition, the 2nd or 3rd day after I clicked Submit Order. All items inside. Carefully packaged. Carefully shipped. The box did not have 1 single dent in it. Got more bold, placed 2 more orders. One of my orders was for 2 plastic boxes for paper. Everyone here says they received broken plastic boxes. Nope, plastic boxes arrived in PRISTINE CONDITION. Is it employees from tue other large chains who sell office supplies, who post all the bad reviews?!! I had a ***** 5 STARS experience w this store. V fast, exactly what I ordered, nothing broken in transport. I’m in Brooklyn, NY.

I ordered a bundle of cr-r vinyl colored and somehow was switched to normal blank cd-r and paid a large shipping fee which was not refunded...caution when using this company

Nightmare return experience

I ordered a large amount of composition notebooks. I misread the description and ordered unruled/wide ruled instead of the unruled I thought I was ordering. I immediately realized my error and went back to try to cancel or change the order. I sent an email explaining and asking to cancel the order before it shipped out, since it was a large heavy order. I got an email within ten minutes of my order saying they had received my email. I then didn't hear from them for two days, when I began a series of emails trying to get resolution for this issue. I was told they do not ever cancel orders, that I had to wait until I received the product to initiate a return, that the product was non returnable (though composition notebooks do not fit the description for their non returnable policy), and then, that they would take the product back this once, but I needed to pay for return shipping. This is three heavy boxes of composition notebooks, which would cost me as much as I paid for the order to return. I offered to drive the 45 minutes to return the product myself, but was told I could only return them by paying for shipping myself. So now I'm stuck with a product I can't use that isn't worth it to return.

It was a simple order

I ordered a single UPS (battery backup for my computer), and 2.5 weeks later, the completely inept delivery company that Office Supply is using can not seem to deliver the product due to a gated entrance. I have given the delivery company the gate code, my cell number, and they can call me via the call box at the gate, but that apparently is too complex for these people. BTW, Amazon, UPS, FedEx, and others don't seem to have a problem with any of our package deliveries. This is why I usually use Amazon...I could have had my UPS in 3 days. I will NEVER use Office Supply again...primarily due to their delivery company (Elite Delivery Services and/or TForce Logistics).

officesupply.com service does not…

officesupply.com service does not include delivery email, a door knock, nor a verification on their tracking. If it get stolen you lose. So unless you want to sit outside on your folding chair. I do not recommend this service.

The ordering process is scammy

The ordering process is scammy. When I searched for the prodect I wanted, (1000 Ct. Dixie 12 oz bowls) I got a price of $58.98. When I attempted to use their 15% off coupon for new customers, the undiscounted price magically changed to $61.94.

No problems, fast delivery, good service, great prices

I too was skeptical because of the low Trustpilot score and the mixed reviews, but the prices were better so I took a chance. I was somewhat more confident as I went through the purchase steps as they asked for reviews at multiple times, stating as a small business they count on customer reviews for business. Well, my 7 items shipped in less than 24 hours, with no issues whatsoever. Maybe the company got off to a rocky start, but I am very satisfied with the price, service, and brand name / familiar products.

I accidentally ordered the wrong…

I accidentally ordered the wrong product. Instead of Folgers Coffee Filter Packs, I received Folgers coffee packets. When I called the company to request a return, I spoke with Tina, who informed me that since it was a food item, it could not be returned, and no refund was available. This experience reflects poor customer service, as the company did not offer any positive solutions. The only option given was to order the correct product, which I will do, but not from them. They provided no assistance or even a discount for the new item, which would have shown some effort to help the customer. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Buyer beware when dealing with this company. I will never do business again with this company!

Do not order from them!

This company is a scam. I ordered from them and the product arrived damaged. They stalled for several weeks in issuing the refund and and are now suddenly refusing to give me a refund. Customer service is mostly unresponsive and unprofessional when you can get a hold of them.

Worried about reviews, but gave it a try on a hard to find hole puncher. Actually showed up next day! Best experience I've had in a long time with office supply places.

Do not order from here

Do not order from here. Pay the extra money and shop at target or staples. Their return policy reads: If the package is refused, you may be charged a refusal fee. What is that? Awful policy.

Failed to send us what we paid for

We ordered school supplies from this company. What a huge mistake. Our packing slip was correct, but we discovered the day before school started half of the things we paid for were not included in the box — despite the fact that the packing slip said they were included. I (mom) was very very sick at the time and my husband had to scramble at local retailers and Amazon to get supplies our kids needed. I will never purchase from this company again.

Was skeptical but VERY satisfied

I was very skeptical and bought a chair that was priced at a significantly higher price at my near by office max and received chair in perfect condition and only a few days. I had read so many negative reviews after I purchased and was terrified things wouldn't work out. Very satisfied

Horrible return policy

Horrible return policy. They sent me 3 out of 10 units and by the time I noticed, the return window passed and they are unwilling to give me a refund for the units they didn't even send me, nor reimburse me in the first place for the missed units!!! The correct process should be to reimburse people if you cannot send the full order instead of STEALING their money. Truly a scam website. Never experienced this level of theft from a prominent website before. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! (this is my first review on trustpilot - I cared this much about how bad they are to share with others)

Returns cost you $$$

I'm only giving this company two stars because they make you pay for shipping returns without a local drop off option unless you're in OH, I would assume. Their prices are terrific, their customer service is very professional (I dealt with Tina, she's very good at her job and this rating has nothing to do with her). I will not work with a company who doesn't make returns seamless. Unfortunately Amazon does -- therefore you've lost my business.
