The website is so easy to book our cruise (s). The only thing I wish direct would do is when you book a cruise they mail your documents and luggage tags. Not everyone has a printer or computer.

The agents are great. However trying to get thru with your phone number is more than difficult. I have been on hold for over 20 minuts
The associate came online quickly. It was very difficult to get across what we wanted in terms of prices and availability. It was very convoluted where rates applied to what cabins and how to view availability on whatever deck we chose
Simple to book on your own, but if need a question answered, you can Chat with an agent.

You should fight more to RC head office for clients. We were told for Agent to contact RC Loyalty to honor our Diamond Plus discount. She did not presure Loyalty.
