After years of working with a variety of travel companies, Direct Line is the ONLY company we will deal with any more. Clear, accurate web-site, friendly personnel, prompt follow-up service. They are the best.
Long time DLC customer. My only real ding is the listing of offers per cabin type. So, for example, on a Princess Cruise, you need to click the down arrow to expose the offers for Princess Plus bookings. And then, on top of that there are two different listings, $1 apart but one with a refundable deposit and one without. Seems overly complicated.

They are always willing to help you find the best deals and assist you with the entire trip process. Just booked for the 3rd time with Jeanne Arrengo and as usual she went above and beyond to help me book this upcoming cruise.
