DermaWand Reviews

As listed on the website it says you also receive the brush to try. I was sent creams for my face which I didn't order or choose as I was told I did when I called customer service. I went to the website to start a new order and there is NOT one place where you can choose between face cream or the DermaBrilliance brush!!! I was on the website when I was talking to the "supervisor" Rose who kept telling me to send back everything and reorder it. Why can't I just send back the cream? I already waited 1 month to receive the DermaWand. I was told that my street name was missing on the order form it just the numbers. Why would anyone send out something with no street name after the numbers? I left my email address and my phone number so why couldn't someone call or email me to get the information and not SEND it out anyway. Ugh!! I worked in customer service for 11 yrs. and would never let a customer leave without resolving their problem to their satisfaction. I owned a DermaWand before and unfortunately dropped it and it broke. I love the product and even got 8 of my friends and 2 sisters to buy one! We even get together on Friday night for Derma dinner, drinking and dancing. I consider what is written on the website is false advertising. I would appreciate an answer to my "issue" . I shouldn't have to go through any of this hassle. I was so mad at Rose that I was actually shaking. I told her I wasn't; getting any results with her and that she was "stupid" and had no business dealing with customers! I am 52yrs. old and never have I told anyone working in customer service that they were stupid! Unbelievable! I thought she would have told me, " sorry for the mistake go ahead and keep the creams and we will get the DermaBrilliance brush out to you asap"! I don't need the face cream and was looking forward to trying your new product. I hope someone can address this situation. Caroline Kovacic

Was not pleased at all

Is fantastic

I was not impressed when I saw that the company had attempted to charge my credit card three times for $139.0 when. I only authorized $14.99 for the initial shipping fee however, the company proceeded to over bill me all the installments excessively. Their system is either poor or someone was trying to pull a fast one on me. Luckily, I alerted my credit card provider and stopped the charges going through.

I do not want anymore creams or charging me 29.95 for things that do not work. You are a rip off and better business bureau will get an earful From me. Product sucks!!!

Bad experiences with methods. Took hours to get a return authorization to return a product. Billed full price before my consent on a trial basis.

I had a Derma Wand 3yrs ago. This is my second one ( it stopped working). I love it that's why I bought another one. I couldn't ever imagine life without one.

I had never recibed the product. And I am so angry.

It's easy and conveburnt use.

I have not had it long enough yet so far I do not any improvement

Never been more satisfied

Excellent product a must buy! Bought one for my mom also.

I have done a lot of research before the purchase and seen a lot of good review about this product. Especially 30 days guarantee give me the confidence. After 30 days of use, there wasn't any difference. After contact them, I was told to give more time and be patient . Therefore I was continuously religiously using it morning and night according to' instructions carefully, but there was still no any difference over two months of use . Very disappointed !

Was sent an order cost me $35.00 in bank fees. They said I would have to pay all shipping and then it would be 30 days or more. Before the money would be returned. Very up setting had no money in account to cover any charges. Still trying to raise enough money to cover it. It has been over a month.

I used the derma wand religiouly price for 2months morning and night and there was no change really disappointed. For the price

I know that you have a great product because a friend of mine used it and showed great results. Unfortunately for me due to health issues was told by physician to hold off using the dermawand. It is still unopened. I am very upset because after receiving the first monthly shipment of cream I called your company to request for you to hold off shipping any further shipments. Not only did I get a second shipment despite my request which fell on deaf ears so I requested my bank not to allow any further charges. I am so upset that your company was trying to shove the product down my throat that I gave it away and do no want to have any further dealings with your company. Reported to BBB and FCC

He mandado algunos mails a su correo electronico explicandoles que ya.noe.manden cremas por favor

Better items on the market. Had a hard time cancelling product.

i placed an initial order for two of the dermawand systems. i pain several hunmdred dollards for them as well. when it arrived about half of what i ordered and paid for was not in the box. when i called to tell them this they were suppoise to ship me the missing parts. however i was charged for this order and i never recieved the complete order again. then the automatic shipments that come every month or so have never arrived but i was charged for those as well. i was really excited about trying this product because i am a RN and worked in dermatology and cosmetic surgery for several years where we used dernabrasion ancd chemical peels as wella s face lifts. this product promised great resultxs but i wouldnt know because i have yet to try the dermawand because i felt ripped off. also the other products from other companies they sale during the phone call to order the dermawand was a rip off too. i have been charged numerous times for a product or rather a walmart $100 gift card for trying the service in which i never recieved the card or the information about the sevice offered. they have however charged my account several times withdrawing my money to pay for something i have never heard of since my first call to order dermawand. i remember the sales lady promising me that if i didnt like services i could call and cancel at any time but i never received the product information to know if i liked it or needed to cancel and ashe said either way the walmart gift card wass mine for trying the service. i am very busy vand forgot all about this unfril months later when i just happened to reveiw my bank statement and seen the charges from both dermawand and some other company tyhat i am in the process of trying to reach. i feel its only right to pay for what yoy get and if there is a satisfacftion guarante then that should be honored but never should funds be taken out of a persons account when the product does not get sent or received by the consumer. then they put 30 daY limits on returns and for a perszon who is very busy they may not look at there bank statements in great detail every 30 days and a busy person may let it slip their mind that a package or two is suppose to be coming but never does and usually when you dont receive a product you are not charged for it. i have learned a valuable lesson dealing with these two businesses. npw i jjust pray they do the right thing and redfund the several hundred dollars they took from my account for a product and service i never recieved.

I just want to say that I have experienced the best customer service from Derma Wand <3 I had a issue with a recently placed order and their customer service department has taken such good care of me. I am so excited to start using this product. If the product is as good as their customer service I can't wait for the results:) I will be back to place future orders and recommend this company to others considering placing orders with them. Thank you Derma Wand!
