DermaWand Reviews

I was bought this as a gift in march for my 40th birthday and so disappointed it seems to be losing its strength even on the highest setting already - this wasn't a cheap gift so although I felt a small change after using religiously it's just not worth the money.

Love love ♥️ LOVE it! I purchased my DermaWand over a year ago. Used it faithfully morning & night and was very impressed with the results after just 2 months. We had a major hurricane coming and I was forced to put some possessions in storage, my DermaWand being one of them. Finally, I was able to recover me things from storage!!! Yes!!! My beloved DermaWand!! Again, I've been using it for a couple months and absolute love it. Not only does it plump up fine lines and wrinkles, too, but it reduces pore size. However, like others whose reviews I've read, the strength is weakening, even at the highest setting. I've had it over a year (even tho I was not able to use it), so my warranty has obviously expired. I'm very depressed because I don't know what I'm going to do without it ... It was a one time splurge on myself that I did not regret for a minute!

Bought it from Boots, so far no results what so ever, waste of money!

No difference after a month Total con. I've spoken to a doctor about these claims and he couldn't stop laughing. Oxygen into skin... Lol... Totally rediculous, stupid waste of money. Don't believe all the reviews.

I have just completed my 21st day of using Dermawand. I started using it the day after it was delivered. A previous review does state that you do need to use it everyday for results so I have been meticulous in its use. It has broke . The bulb has gone . Great!!! So by the time someone picks up my voice message, I send the faulty item back, then I get a replacement, I am back to day one Waste of time -

I got my dermawand in the mail and it's pink not white and the logo isn't even on the device. I've used it per directions for two weeks and there is literally no difference whatsoever. The dermavital skin products are nice, though.

I received my dermal wand with NO receipt No creams ..it was the wand only not even instructions..and they will not make it right NO INSTRUCTIONS NO CREAMS NO MONEY BACK...THIS COMPANY IS A SCAMMER COMPANY..LETS SHUT THEM DOWN. .NOW

I had high hopes after seeing the Facebook page however, despite using for about 3 months apart from the glow during the treatment which is from the machine zapping effect, the skin area under my eyes appears more crepey, lined and the skin more translucent than before!!!!! I didn't have deep lines in the 1st place, thought this would be a prevention or delay but I feel like I look older than before!!! My brow looks more translucent and lined than previously as well!!! I don't recommend at all. Wish I'd never used it!

I've had it for more than a year but hardly used it. Decided to get in gear and work on my skin before my fine lines get worse. Turned on fine, after 1 minute it stopped making the little buzzing sound, lights up, but definately isn't doing anyrhing, not even on the highest setting. 😕

The bulb died after one month and, of course, it's not covered under the warranty.

I have been using it for 2 months twice a day. I honestly haven't seen a difference. I spend at least an hour a day doing the exercises they recommend. Personally I would rather have botox and fillers but the cost of that is way too much. I would have a lot more time to do other things then shock myself.

I love my derma wand, use it twice a day every day, tonight my bag slipped into the sink and now it won't come on. I'm assuming the bulb broke, it will make a little noise but no light. I've had for several years, and never had this issue. I'm lost without it!

caused more defined wrinkles

I have had the DermaWand less than a year. I don't overuse it. I take good care of the device. It hasn't been dropped or abused in any way. The device is losing its strength. I put it to the highest setting, and I can hardly feel the sensation it is supposed to give. I feel it is not worth what I paid for it.

The DermaWand is doing it's job. However, CustomerService Terrible the products that are used with the want have an auto monthly ship until cancel. I called when the first shipment came and could not get through, so sent an email to customer service. Now, this month received email another shipment is being shipped. I've call the automated system is still on and and when i choose to cancel the line went dead after about 3 seconds. Called back and waited for operator and explained I want to cancel further shipments, he said having communication issue hearing then said he and then the line went dead. I called back 3 times can't get through. Calling CreditCard Company and filing complaint and ask for refund of charges.

the firming effect is showing after a week, it is very good , but I am afraid that it may have a reducing (negative ) action at the spots where hyaluronic acid was previously injected .Should I avoid to use it at these places (ex:. cheek bones, and around mouth ) ? The effect on the neck seems to take longer .

BUT you have to do it regularly twice a day. If you miss even one time( at least at the beginning ?) You go back to the looks at day one ! Very awkward if you become sick and can't do it for a few days.

Sólo lo use dos veces porque el olor que me deja no es de mi agrado .

I just got started with the DermaWand so don't think it's fair to make a statement as yet. Haven't used it quite 2 weeks.

The phone number for customer support is not picking. They want to delay till time is over so that they steal from your bank account. They don't want to cancel
