You baited me when I agreed to try the Jidue massager. I ordered on line.& there was no disclosure of a $14.95 service charge. Then you charged me full price on the item without my consent ,

Bad experiences with methods. Took hours to get a return authorization to return a product. Billed full price before my consent on a trial basis.
