Shipping was perfect on time and very well packaged. I ordered Paradox 100ml refill, however the product was very poor quality, example this product was the best long lasting amazing scent, wherever I went I received lots of compliments!!!!! I was excited to receive the shipment in order to refill my bottle. Even today, my husband sprayed my cloths, my hair, and even my pillow, and nothing held the scent, not even for 20 mins. Something is wrong, watered down perhaps???? After spending almost $200.00, this is totally unfair...... and especially unjust. with regret, Shelley P

Ordered and paid for 90ml yves libre perfume, received 50ml. No one answering the phone nor responding to emails. Terrible service.

The product arrived late and I opened it to confirm it was correct but the perfume bottle was not correctly in the packaging and the spray nozzle and lid were both off it. Minor considerations given the price differential between this site and in store purchase but I’m just glad I checked prior to giving it as a gift to my wife.
