DermaWand Reviews

I'm using the same DermaWand which I purchased 15 yrs. ago. That's right...on vacations & daily use. I'm 67 yrs old most of my coworks think I'm 52. I have used it 5 days a week for 15 yrs. I take weekends off. When it finally gives out I will purchase again. Ladies please know this is The Truth! You must be diligent in using the DermaWand!

I bought the Dermawand and used it according to the instructions. I noticed NO difference on my face and neck. I kept using it regardless but after less than a year it stopped working. So it sits in the box it came in until I finally throw it out. Very disappointed and disillusioned.

Its a shame that this product is no longer available in NZ as I have used one for many years and had to replace once and now I want to get another one but its not available. I found it very effective especially if you use it daily.

Got mine from IdealWorld - used it meticulously for three weeks - no change in my skin - sent it back. Don’t waste your money.

Has definitely improved my skin tone. Love this, I now use nuface too and between them they've taken years off me - I'm 57 and look better now than I did at 47. Couldn't be happier.

I can’t understand other people not getting the great results I have. I bought it with hope in my heart but low expectation! In fact, it sat in the box for year as I just kept thinking ‘yep ... one day, doubt it will do anything anyway’. Then, a week ago I thought ‘why not? I’ll give it a go’. I am SUPER surprised. I clean my face, have a fantastic moisturiser, and sit doing it watching TV. At first I did it as directed. Now I do it for about 20mins all over my face and neck. When my husband said I looked glowing I thought ‘Aha! It must work!!’. My skin is evening in tone, hydrated, firmer and under my eyes is pleasingly improving. I won’t give up my Botox BUT I even brought my DermaWand on holiday and stuck to making time for it each day.

When it arrives I use it as instructed. Two weeks later was using it n had just lucky turns it off and places it down lightly and the glass/plastic bit coving the light shattered into loads of peices.

Hello fellow dermawand users...I ran across the post I did back in February...I would just like 2 report I am still doing it ...usually an hour every night or 2...what I have noticed lately is a loss in strength of the Dermawand...setting on high feels like 3...and I do not see any noticable changes in the last 2 weeks...Iam still using the Olay Whips...Nothing has changed...but I do not see the dramatic results I did in the beginning...of course now I see ads 4 dermawand PRO...anyone tried this? I really love this product and there were AMAZING results b 4...do i need a replacement bulb..I have emailed customer service b 4 and never got a response....anyways just fyi...ty

My husband bought me the derma wand for my birthday this month iv only used it for 5 days and the difference in before and after is really noticeable , I'm 57 and didnt like the old lady starting back at me in the mirror, it's the best gift I could of be given

I Ordered two Dermawand Pro's at the end of January 2019. The one Unit works perfectly, but the second unit only switches on the moment it reaches the highest setting....it is therefore defective. It was immediately put back in it's packaging and I contacted Customer Service. Up until now no resolution received. I was told to phone a number to get a Exchange Material Authorization number (RMA #) and Exchange instructions. An RMA # is required in order to process Replacements, which I understand, but I work irregular hours and in anyway prefer to do all business communication in writing....Why is it impossible to just provide me with an e-mail address of a Customer Service Consultant? What is actually now the Problem with communicating in writing? I can even attach a video of the defect if needed. This might not be a big deal to your Company, but it is to me...it is highly disrespectful to treat paying customers like this in my opinion.

attempted to return within 30 days merchant claimed it had been 32 days since order was received and the product does not work!

Bought one of these for a friend. Complete rubbish,it's all a con breaks after 31 days and no difference in skin at all and they don't care DO NOT BUY this ignore the tv ads

I had purchased my derma wand when it had first come out, years ago and it still works perfectly. I have absolutely no complaints. I had not used it regularly in the beginning but now that I am, I am extremely thrilled by the results. I was wondering if there is any difference between the new one and the old one that I am still using. I had difficult creases between my eyebrows and my forehead and the derma wand is diminishing them. I recommend it for everyone. I have to go now to use my derma wand before I go to sleep. Thank you derma wand. Christina

I M VERY grateful for the reviews. Consistently saw something I went thru before regarding money coming out unauthorized. Didn't notice if anyone noted Las Vegas NV but many rip off companies come from a company in NV. But again, I thgt the add was a rip. But when u read a review sheet that the negative outweighs the positive, pay attention and consistent with the account being a rip. Make sure u check credit report, many of these companies once u stop payments or dispute, place ur name on as bad credit for non payment. Did anyone buy out right without signing up for monthly deliver? Sounds like light burns out and breaks quickly. It's only 120.00 that's way to cheap to do what it says!!

They DESERVE ZERO STAR, THEY ARE SCAMMERS, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL SELL YOU EVERYTHING UNDER THE SUN. I HAVE FAMILY WHO TOO AGREE THEY GIVE HORROBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. THEY ARE STEALING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFO THEY WILL AUTHORIZE IT WITHOUT PERMISSION. I ASK THE SALES REP TO CANCEL MY ORDER WHICH I NEVER GOT NOV 1ST ITS DEC 27 AND THEY ARE ROBBING MY BANK ACCOUNT. I TOLD THESE PEOPLE NOT TO PROCESS THE ORDER BECAUSE THAT DAY THE MAN WAS TRYING TO SELL ME A MILLION DIFFERENT THINGS SO I GOT FRUSTRATED, THEY LOST MY TRUST AFTER I REPEATEDLY TOLD HIM I ONLY WANT ONE PRODUCT, HE DISREGARDED WHAT I SAID WENT ON AN ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES OF MY TIME, I WAS TRYING TO THE MAN IN GOING TO LATE FOR WORK THAT'S WHY I HAD WANTED TO JUST PLACE MY ORDER AND GO TO WORK, HE LACKED PROFESSIONALISM STEADY TRYING TO MARKET ME A MILLION DIFFERENT PRODUCTS I TOLD HIM TO CANCEL EVERYTHING ON OUR INITIAL CONTACT HE SAID OKAY BUT LIED. THEY ARE STEALING MONEY FROM INNOCENT PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF, I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND PLEASE PLEASE NEVER WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE THEIVES. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT ALL THE WAY DOWN.

Been using this for 6 weeks twice a day as advised in the booklet. Bought from Current Body Beauty Products. Asked two or three times if I can use an oil based prep as the one included absorbs too quickly. Was told I could use anything. My skin shows no improvement at all, slackness appears to be worse. Been in touch with derma wand and told that oil based products should not be used and that I'm probably using it too much. Two contradictory pieces of advice. It's extremely time consuming to use. I wouldn't buy it. Wish I hadn't

Love it! Been using it on & off since 2006? 2007?.. Love the smell & the way it wakes up my face, gets the blood circulating.. I always use it on the highest setting to get the most stimulation.. I'd like to get a replacement bulb to have on hand, but I've never replaced the bulb and it still works just fine. Surprised at all the negative reviews.. I love this product and I'll keep using it..also I use it with any moisturizer, preferably an oil free gel based one.

After watching the add on TV I was excited to order the DermaWand but after seeing the reviews which most of them are bad I decided not to take the change and waste my money Thank God for reviews

I purchased this and to no avail had NO RESULTS!! I returned it and they STILL TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!!! BEYOND DISGUSTED!! Absolutely thieves!!

I am now 42 years old and things are heading south (especially around the eyes) faster than I would have expected. Ageing is something that I know I cannot escape entirely and I don't expect anything to make my wrinkles disappear. However, I have owned 2 Derma Wands now. (i dropped my first one and broke it, my bad). I love it. It doesn't solve all of the problems but I have done experiments with treating only one side of my face and then taking a picture to see the difference. It is not extreme but the difference is noticeable. I even checked the pics with my girlfriends, who promptly ordered their own Derma Wands. I also asked a friend who worked in a dermatologist clinic. The spas offer a much more powerful and expensive version of this and so it is a science-based idea. This is just a much smaller version of that. The beauty is that you can use it every day instead of having to book expensive appointments every so often. The cost to me was if I remember about $125.00CAD on Amazon. Even if it does start to wear out (which I have not experienced yet but others have complained about).....$125/year is not much to pay out to preserve my youthfulness just a little bit longer. I have purchased creams that cost the same and only last a couple of months (with not nearly the impact the Derma Wand offers).
