I lo e this product but you have to use it every day for around 20 minutes to see results the only problem I have is that in 6 years I have had two, they only last around three years then fazzle out.

In my case the improvement is visible.

I give it 5 stars because I thought my face would never look well again. I'm a 51 year old diabetic and looked like a 75 year old. I had given up because surgery was out of the question. I decided to buy it because I saw the results in a Co worker. I really like the results I'm getting. Just being constant and patient. In only 2 weeks doing it twice a day, I've seen amazing results. People have noticed my results. I lost 40 pounds a couple of years ago, so I had a dewlap, my face was round my cheeks and eyelids were saggy. Now my face has an oval shape, my cheeks and eyebrows are not saggy. Thank you Dermawand.

To the ladies who say it doesn’t work ... Please you need to actually make the effort to use it everyday for several weeks . Not skipping days or the length of time. Do it as It is intended to be used . THIS product works I love it and recommend it to anyone . But like I said don’t get mad with the company or product when u don’t put in the effort.

well mine just arrived yesterday, was skeptical for sure but after playing with it for a bit on my face, I went to bed. well today I could honestly feel the differences in where I treated my face etc. the tightness in some areas over the others..... so totally was all over tonight!

I have had my Dermawand now for 6 months and I love it. I am using it every evening and its really working on my under eye and mouth line area. I suffer from heavy under eye and by using for 30 seconds under each eye i can see a difference - i look more awake and the skin is definately tighter. I use my own eye serum with the product and im really happy with my purchase.

This device doesn’t actually do anything but make a lot of noise. It creates static electricity which is the “rain” smell they describe. I felt ridiculous that I fell for their fake advertising and fake 5star reviews. In the process of returning mine now. Hoping I’m able to get my money back.

5 weeks in, and it works ladies. It works with what you've got, so if you have been taking care of your skin but hit mid-40's like me, and need extra help without spending a massive fortune, this is worth it. So, Im super happy with my Dermawand PRO. It big time improves jaw line, crows feet, forehead, skin texture, and diminishes pores. My partner, who was a non-believer, has even confirmed, he has noticed my skin glowing and improved, now I just need to convince him to do a 20 minute routine everyday. LOL

For the ladies and men who purchased the Derma Wand..I thought it amazing only if you've always taken good care of your skin..its not a miracle wand..the negative part is..when the orange Bulb blows due to normal use then its game over you cannot replace it as it's a sealed unit you will have to buy another wand..after paying £156 incl delivery I have emailed the company for their customer service care to me as a valued customer. We'll see what the response is..time to put their money where their mouth is.

Scam, theur is nothing to make you look younger or it will be all over world media.

If you think the wand is rubbish and don’t work or they have not posted your items go to your bank and they will get your money back from them It’s called a visa dispute.

I have been trying to receive my LumaWand since May 9, no one at this company will answer any of my inquiries concerning when I will receive it or if I can get my money back, I’ve emailed, chatted, called, no response. I can’t say how the product works but I sure know a scam when I see it. Also, I think everyone should know that trustpilot couldn’t seem to post my comments earlier, maybe they only get paid for good reviews

I bought my wand from Bed Bath and Beyond. Timely delivery, no problems. I cannot believe all the bad reviews here. This product is not a hype, nor a rip off or a scam. I believe that people are either expecting miracle results from only one use, they're not using it right, or, their skin is already tight, and therefore there's no results to be had. I've never smelled any nasty smell from this item either. Some people have not taken the CAP off thinking it is the tip. Like any system, you have to learn how to use it and give it time. This product does exactly what it says, it works! Im 56, and used to take good care of my face from my 20's to mid 40's, and then I stopped. I developed a double chin, smile lines, and loose skin on the middle of my neck (the beginning of 'turkey neck'). I started back on a good regimen about 3 weeks ago. Ive had the wand for a couple of years and slacked off. But Ive really been using it consistently now. IT IS AMAZING! I kid you not, the loose skin is gone on my neck, and the stretch marks that were there. Cheeks and under eyes are tighter with a noticeable difference. And my double chin is almost gone--this is something I didn't think would go away, and I wasn't aiming for it either--so it is an added and delightful surprise! My jawline is more defined, and chin area. This product is well worth the money; best $100 bucks I ever spent! They've come out with a Derma Wand Pro now, so I'm excited to give that a try. The original works so great, I feel and look younger, I can't imagine what the Pro will do! Remember though, if you're expecting miracles, you'll be disappointed. If you've never taken care of your skin, it will take committed time to get it in shape. It took a long time for your skin to become 'out of shape', so it will take time to get it looking younger. But it WILL happen! I use my wand about 3-4 times a week. WATCH THE VIDEO, USE A HIGHER NUMBER FOR TROUBLE AREAS AND LOWER FOR MAINTENANCE, GIVE IT TIME!

Thanks to the reviews I've just been reading seems a complete waste of time and money, isn't it strange how there allowed to advertise a unproven product such as this and get vulnerable people to buy it thinking it's the best thing since sliced bread, old saying iff it looks to good to be true it usually is, thanks for your feedback guys saved me a lot of time and money. .Jo.

Returned wand due to fact that it didn't have extra power it promised! Waiting for exchange to come it's been 2 months! My exchange # E1539593. Track.# 9534 6124 3994 0119 6483 12. Have contacted cust.serv.4xs. They keep telling me corporate office will contact me in 72 hrs. They haven't! I have a 2 yr warrantee that I paid extra for. May have to seek legal services! My husband is an attorney. Very disappointed in them I had the old wand for many yrs and enjoyed it. Their corporate office is brandstreet market.com. I have emailed them also,no response!!

I was so excited to buy one,finally I did,I don't see anything, I see more wrinkles as I've used it on my face a d neck I have more wrinkles, will not be using it anymore, I do believe all the reviews that say it doesn't work,it makes your face look worse.I made a mistake in buying it.I only hope that doing my own rice&water remedies, and scrubbing my face,will go back to normal.

I have been using the derma wand for yrs! The trick is you have to Use on a daily basis, I have a regime with it every day three minutes if not a little bit longer on level nine and my skin looks very clean clear tight I also noticed if I have I am a 50+ woman and if I have any kind of age spots or growths on my face if I hold the derma wand on it for 30 seconds a day it definitely shrinks skin disorders ,,, and makes them almost nil

Absolute rubbish. Marketed for women which is highly sexist. Doesn't work either save your money!
