Alot of money for it to stop working after 2 months. Don't buy this product!

I bought my dermawand couple of weeks ago and haven't used it since. It short circuited my electrical power and completely disabled the dermawand. I've been trying to call the customer service 1-800-390-9584 no such luck. Also, I sent an email to customer service haven't heard from them. I really would like to return the product. If anyone knows the address to return this product, please post on the site. Thanks.

Was really excited to get my dermawand,but when I tried it starting on the lower setting on the back of my hand turning it up till I was comfortable, had to turn it up to the highest and still wasn't strong enough will be returning. Also getting the cap off was a nightmare had to get a knife to prise it off ,nearly sent it back for that reason

I used the Derma Wand for approximately 1 month. Did not see any results initially. I haven’t used or done any other skin treatments since the Derma Wand. Since using it my pores have enlarged so big all over my face, makeup cannot cover it and I’m so self conscious when having face to face conversations with others. Sounds like I’m exaggerating, but I’m not. I wish I’d never touched the thing!

Bought the wand for £100. After only 6 weeks the bulb stopped working! I have emailed them twice but had no reply. The UK website that they give on the small leaflet doesn't even exist!!! Gutted as I have wasted all that money on something that stops working after a few uses. There is no aftercare or chance of getting replacement or money back. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT !!!

Accidentally broke the glass piece on the end so can’t use it. Have contacted company twice and asked if it can be repaired, still waiting for reply. No intention of paying £100 for another so I guess it will go into the bin

Being 50, I was so excited to try this wand out!!! I used it 2x a day for ONLY 2 DAYS!!! Ummmm…. Yeah, NOPE! Not good results! (And I’m the type of person who’d totally take a placebo pill and convince myself it’s a miracle pill!) Anyway… I could see both mornings after using the wand 2x a day how my skin looked much more saggy than before… and actually it wasn’t even saggy before where I decided to use the wand!!! I’m totally sending it back for a FULL REFUND! Very disappointed! Why can’t they ever just doing something right for once and make it affordable!?!! Don’t they realize they’d make a KILLING $$$$ if they made a product that ACTUALLY HELPED US vs making false accusations and have to deal with so many returns with so many unhappy customers??? If you really stop and think about what this method is (as I should have done vs being trigger happy during a weak moment in time) in which its to help lift saggy skin & reduce fine lines with an electrical stimulation and this will work instantly but only temporarily. Once the “shock” to our muscles wears off, the muscles then get to not only relax but they are so tired from the over stimulation that they are too tired to even go back to what we knew as our “normal” saggy state before all the shock therapy took place leaving the effect of even more sag or enhanced wrinkles from being exhausted. The only way to keep up the claimed “toned-look” is to do this procedure min 3x a day for the rest of your life! To those who keep going with it determined to see results… best of wishes to ya!

Used this product for a week on one side of face to see the difference and there was non, save your money don't buy

I used the dermawand everyday for several weeks and I believe it actually made my skin sag more. I would give anything to go back and NOT use this product. I'm convinced I would look much younger right now

I was so excited to receive this. What I received though was a used product. I called customer service on 4.14.21 (the day I received it) and was told there was nothing they could do. The girl asked me to send in a photo to their customer service department in hopes that someone could help me. I was told I would get a response within 24 hours. I plugged the unit in today to see if it was functional, and of course it was not. It's essentially a paperweight. Since I hadn't heard back within the 24 hour window, I called customer service again and explained my situation and told them that not only was it used but it was not functional. Again I was told I could not return the product. After asking the representative to escalate this he begrudgingly gave me a return authorization number and an address but said I was responsible for the postage and they couldn't guarantee a refund because if it didn't make it back to the returns department I was out of luck. This seems extremely shady. I laid out $200 for this device and it sounds like I'm stuck with it. the representative asked me to record a video and send that into the same email that I sent photos in yesterday. I refuse to do that, this is not my problem. As I write this, I am waiting to hear back from a supervisor within "24 hours." I have reached out through Facebook in hopes that somebody will respond. My advice is steer clear from this company. It is my understanding they also make a device called the no no. All I can say is Brandstreet is a big no no! My next step will be to contact consumer affairs, the better business bureau as well as Facebook and HSN where they hock this item to innocent people.

I’ve just started using my dermawand after a long period of not using it & I’m sure my wrinkles don’t look or feel as deep! I’m using mine with ultrasound gel which I purchased online & am going to try & use for the recommended 12 weeks.

I purchased this about 10 days ago, using it as per instructions and can feel and see an improvement. Reading some of the reviews on here and realising that some haven't even purchased it, they just slate it. Have they nothing better to do? I just use this every evening or morning whilst I'm sat watching TV. I cleanse before I use it, as advised, then moisturise after..... This all probably helps in the results.... But it's working whatever.

I've not used the derma wand for a while, just started with it again two days ago I can feel tightness in my skin I am 65 I have been using The Cleo Q since I Was forty Its an amazing machine love it I just thought I Would try my derma wand as well has as I haven't used it in ages I can deffo see more results. Dermawand hide their claims amongst outdated or vague terminology such as 'cycles per second' or 'enriched oxygen'. Truth is that a small machine as this for home use uses so little power as to be virtually useless. All it does is make a bit of noise and heat. Not only are any benefits scientifically unproven, it could actually be bad for your health. The term 'enriched oxygen' is very misleading as it is a euphemism for ozone, the gas given off as a by-product of the electrolysis process, which has the distinct smell as described by some customers. Ozone is harmful to the respiratory system in concentrations of more than 5ppm. This is why some users complain of feeling nauseous during or after use. Tell me I'm wrong, Dermawand..

Mine came yesterday, so I've only used it once. I'm 38 and have good skin so my use for it is really, prevention rather than a cure. I liked using it, my skin feels lovely this morning . I'll use it for 2 months and maybe come back on and give my verdict then. I think maybe the bad reviews are from people who expected miracles after a week , I think you just need to be patient and use it twice a day for the exact time stated. Fingers crossed I didn't waste my money x

Buyer beware! This company claims that using their RF device just 3 min a day for 14 days can produce pictured results. It's a bold lie. It does absolutely nothing no matter how much time you invested into using it or how you used it. Have a look at the picture and see if you notice something highly abnormal about the nose and eyes... That's right, the nose on the "treated" side somehow melted away and the eye itself magically relocated by a quarter of the inch up along with miraculous reduction in wrinkles, sagging and whatnot... If you think their "magic" wand can produce such results, they have a bridge share to sell you for $199! Furthermore, 2 different companies are using the same lame picture claiming their product did it!

I bought my mom this DermaWand as a birthday gift, hoping it will make her face look more youthful. She used it for a few months and after that, oh my, she got a freaking huge melasma on both cheeks! What a disaster! I feel so bad for her and for buying this product. Be warned of the RF side effects you guys! It may not show right away, but it will for long term.

ive got my dermawand pro abt two weeks ago, i have been using it in the morning until 2 days ago i decided to use it every night as well. ive noticed a big difference in my skin texture after using it for 5 days. my skin started glowing and i have been very happy with it. i gave it a 4 star because there is that 1 star for long term , which i am not sure how it will turn out. but will def. check back and review again. thanks dermawand pro. until now i could only get similar results after going to the spa ( and that was costly) but i love my results even better. honestly it feel like a face orgasm :) ok a face workout. :)
