Delivery was really fast and the product works perfectly. It also looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend the site as it’s easy to use as well

Pros The controller is genuine and really good if you wanna use a controller with back paddles and feels nice when u get used to it plus you can be way better at games with it. Cons The delivery was late and the customer services needs improving such as live person instead of copying and pasting the same email automatically. Overall the controller is solid and isn't fake, if you wanna be better at games and feels like a pro then deffo get this but the delivery might take longer than written depending on the situation. 10/10 on the controller 3/10 on the communication in the beginning

Placed an order for a controller on 26th November with 7-10 days build time. Still haven't received it or had any updates. Have emailed and messaged on the website but they don't reply. Very disappointing as was meant to be a Christmas gift. Update - item finally arrived 2 days before Christmas, unfortunately the order is wrong and the face control buttons are the wrong colour. Update - they replaced the buttons on the controller and sent it back to me, however there is now a different problem with it. Also they have not refunded me the postage costs which they said they would. They now appear to be ignoring my emails, so the next course of action will be court proceedings.

With my experience with controllers.defy gaming are the best I've tried. past controller wouldn't last long. with defy gaming I would recommend it to anybody who enjoys gaming as much as I do on a daily basis thank you defy gaming made my Christmas

Absolutely buzzing when my order arrived! It looks sleek and the quality is amazing. I’m very happy with my purchase and I’m sure my son will love his Christmas present. It was delivered within 2 weeks and their customer service was great and responded within 24hrs of my email query. Thank you for being super helpful

Website is very easy to use, communication with them is amazing, I was contacted throughout, as there was a delay on a product I wanted I was offered to change or refund, however it was only a weeks delay so made sense to wait as it’s a Xmas gift. Tracking easy to access. Arrived on day was expected. Finished product is amazing, can’t wait for it to be received Xmas morning. Defo recommend

Still not received goods from an order 5 weeks ago

It took more than 3 weeks for them to ship the product despite being quoted 5-7 working days. The controller is fine, but it just took much longer to arrive than quoted

Firstly, the controller is excellent. Quality build and works great. My only complaint is with service. It states 7-10 working days to build and 2 days to deliver. I ordered it on the 21st of October and didn't receive it until 28th November. No contact from them at all, I had to email them to find out what was going on. Great product, appalling service.

Absolutely shocking time scale websites states 10-12 working days I placed my order on the 7th of November and after 3 emails and a complaint it arrived on the 3rd of December

Product really good, delivery longer than expected

Delayed order, then when it arrived box was damaged and also sent me the incorrect design! They also wanted me to pay for the return postage for them to fix their mistake!

Purchased a nice expensive custom controller, less than a year later one of the buttons stopped working properly. Sent multiple emails and had no response whatsoever. Should have bought a Scuf

I didn't realise that it takes 19 days to make the controller, but once that was explained to be I was happy. Controller arrived on time and looks great. Not been used yet as it's a Xmas present

I entered the black friday code,it did not work,emailed defy gaming and no response,nothing at all wrong with the ps5 pad though looks spot on
