Terrible customer service, delivery times are a joke and no matter what they say they dont do as stated. Forget asking for a refund as they dont even reply to questions if the word REFUND is mentioned.
Didn’t receive an order confirmation email but fast response from customer service quickly confirmed this, I then received my order exactly as advised 7-9 days and my sons Xbox controller looks amazing , I will definitely be ordering again thankyou

I bought a control on the 5th of December, when they advertised the delivery being between 7 working says. Today is the 24th of December and I haven't received my order, it's a shame as this was a Christmas present. I wouldn't choose them as it is not reliable.

I placed an order on 13th November (and paid almost £200 in full) and have nor received my order, is this a scam? It’s for a Christmas present and I ordered with plenty of time, only 1 email has been answered, next 3 have gone unanswered despite their first response saying the parts would be available by Tuesday (6th December) no update and no response to my last 3 emails enquiring when I’ll receive it
It’s a Christmas gift so I can only review how it looks and that’s amazing! It was good service and I was kept up to date with what was goi g on.

Great quality, the finish feels good and smooth unlike some other cases or skins on the market. The shipping did take a while but that was mainly from the new dualsense build Sony has pushed out recently. Overall, pretty pog big dubs
Great controller with unbelievable design & Great quality. My son is so happy with it. The only issue is - build time takes roughly up to 2 months.

I’ve noticed that some of the buttons are a bit stuck. So not really impressed. I can’t be bothered to contact because I’ve heard stories. I’ll be going Scuff for my next one. I have already told my friends to stay away from this site. They need to learn about customer satisfaction and how it’s a huge part of the business success rate. Chez Kane will be opening this on Christmas Day and I want her to see and show her fans how awful this company is.
