Kia Bolton absolute rubbish

Kia Bolton absolute rubbish. Went in in March 2024 to buy a car but the system was down so promised a call back, and 16 months later it still never happened so I bought it somewhere else, now trying to BUY a service plan and promised a call from the service team, 7 days later still no call. Speak to Kia customer service and they send you to the dealer who never call back. If this is the service they offer when I am trying to buy something imagine how bad it would be if I had an issue. I have had 4 Kia's now and this will be my last one

DM Kieth Kia Leeds.

DM Kieth Kia Leeds. Absolute pleasure from ordering to picking up my new car. Tony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and explained fully how the Motability Scheme works and how it would help me to purchase my new car. He was instrumental in me choosing this route , as it had always worried me in the past. Tony kept me informed regularly regarding when the car would arrive and when the adaptation work would be carried out. The whole experience has been stress free and very straightforward . I love the new Kia Sportage and would highly recommend the Leeds Kia dealership to anyone who wants an excellent buying experience.

I would have given them a 5 star review…

I would have given them a 5 star review except for the fact that one person at the desk let them down . I had a front camera replaced and when the work was don , the bumper was not put on straight . Had words with a certain individual that worked on the desk . After trying to sort out the mess , I finally had a call from the service manager Bobbie ! He sorted it out with flying colours, excellent service ,polite to the point and extremely professional. Hopefully the of his staff will take note of how it should be done . Well done Bobbie. And thank you !

Don't bother

Today Monday 7th I walked into kia bristol to look at the price of a brand new picanto .I wandered around the showroom giving the salesmen plenty of time to acknowledge me AND NOTHING. I WONT BE BUYING A NEW CAR AT THIS DEALER.( shocking service) GO ELSEWHERE.

Appalling Customer Service

Walked into the Coventry Road franchise in Birmingham to be greeted by a very smiley assistant, who explained he couldn’t help me but his associate could. The associate explained he couldn’t help me as he had appointments, so I left and went to Hyundai.

Kia Sorento 2016 is a great car but…

Kia Sorento 2016 is a great car but only let down by the service and customer care offered by Kia Aberdeen UK Arnold Clark. The sales team were not very informative and also when I tried to get the car serviced they were unable to provide me with a courtesy car even although it was pre booked 3 weeks in advance. I ended up leaving without getting the car serviced after wasting 1.5 hours getting and returning home. These guys have a lot to learn about meeting customer expectations and customer services!

Worst insurance company ever

Worst insurance company ever. Do not even think about joining them. Corrupted organisation that takes every single thing possible to neglect what you are liable for and charge at maximum rates for everything possible. Would give 0/10 if I could and that is being rational and objective, no emotional based misleading review. Stay 100 miles away from these scammers in other words.

I brought a new car on Saturday 31st…

I brought a new car on Saturday 31st August from the Kia garage near freeport. Carpets put in wrong the sales man had to go and get a manual but to top it I had a issue with a tyre and needed the spare to my shock the wheel in the car was not for this car. When called garage they sent a man with correct wheel. The question is I was at home I could of been any where and I would not been able to change wheel. The after care at this garage is shocking, sold you car now don't want to know now. I also found they really do not care I had a issue lee

Appalling customer care

Bought my Kia Venga due to its 7 year warranty. Have not needed to use it until rear light unit developed a defect. Took it into Kia and they can find no explanation as to why it has occurred meaning to them it is logically not a manufacturing defect and they will not be honouring their warranty. What is the use of a warranty that is not honoured? It is clear nothing has caused this and so I cannot see how it is not a manufacturing defect - appalling customer service.

Appalling after sales support and…

Appalling after sales support and customer care. Despite being actually quite happy with the features of our 2012 Kia Cee'd 1.6 crdi 4 we have had many warranty replacements over the 7 years we have had the car and a persistent re-occurring battery drain problem that to date has resulted in two replacement batteries and 4 replacement door antennae ( that is apparently the cause of the battery drain). Throughout this period Kia have steadfastly refused to acknowledge that this is unacceptable or to accept my assertion that there is another undiagnosed underlying case of this problem. Each time we go through the cycle I have received the same assurances from my local dealership (Wessex Kia Bristol) that the problem has been resolved only for it to return further down the line. Have contacted customer services several times over this period and they just seem incapable or unwilling to listen to my very unhappy protestations. As the conclusion of our 7 year warranty period approached and after another round of the same conversation I even went as far (for the first time in my life) as emailing Paul Philpott (Kia UK CEO) to voice my dissatisfaction but alas the response stayed the same. Central customer service team just seem to deflect everything back to the dealership and the dealership, in turn say there is nothing more that they can do without further intervention/authorisation from centralised Kia UK. Appalling. Service staff in dealership are constantly changing (itself a worrying sign) and so there is no continuity between different events except that provided by the customer. The fact that all service advisors and managers over the 6 years i have been ranting about this problem with them suggests to me that there is a script/process that they are following and the concept of any true customer service is not one they recognise. They will sell you a car very well but after sales service is appalling. I have spent many weeks/months in conflict with Kia over the 7 years. Never have i had such a bad relationship with any company in my 48 years on this planet. I have made to feel like an unreasonable customer whereas all I want is a car that works and performs as expected. We bought Kia for the first time thinking the 7 year warranty was a good safety net. The reality is that it has been absolutely essential and in no way takes into account the time and aggravation that owning a Kia has caused us. We will NEVER buy a Kia again and have been advising friends and family as such for many years now. I repeat this same advice in wider forum. Stay away.

I own a 2016 Kia Sorento

I own a 2016 Kia Sorento. It broke down on me in a town far from home. I called the nearest Kia Dealer (actually where I purchased the vehicle) and they told me they could not even look at it for a month!! The second Kia dealer said it would be at least 3 weeks!! I am a single 60 year old woman who works full time and I am suppose to go without a car for over a month? Never heard of such a thing. I called a Chevy dealer and they took it in the same day. I haven't heard what is wrong yet as this just happened over the weekend. Needless to say I am very disappointed with Kia!!!!

No Faith in Kia Customer Services

Put my car in to Basingstoke Kia for an annual service. When it was returned the flash drive in the USB port was in pieces. This drive contained 10 CD's of music. The garage denied all liability but offered to pay for a new flash drive (£5). Kia Customer Services took the garage explanation almost immediately. Pity as I am pleased with my Picanto but will certainly change it because of the poor aftercare.
