I don’t know where to begin but this has been by far the worst experience we have ever been in involving a professional company. Lack of communication, broken Arcadia door that was promised to be fixed a week before we move in . No mailbox key, only one front door key and I find it rather unprofessional and unacceptable for not a single representative of Darwin homes to be present for a walk though as promised. Seems as if once you got our money we just were not important anymore $5000.00 to be exact. We would like for a manager to call us tomorrow and no later then tomorrow regarding our concerns and issues we are encountering with this matter. We were unable to move into our rental property cause the backyard Arcadia door is still shattered and the kitchen ceiling looks like it’s about to cave in . I am concerned about the closets in the basement bedroom not completed and the ceiling in that bedroom unfinished. As well as a broken light outside by the driveway broken
I have had problems using the portal which i use to pay my rent. My phone was damaged and i lost all the data. I am trying to reload information with new user id and pasword information. I have been trying to reload and use the Darwin homes site for a week with no success. I have been e mailed a link to my e mail address and it never shows up, so they sent it to my work number and it would not let me open a new password so i can resume my account and pay rent. It is endlessly frustrating and i dont know the solution. I do not not think the portal is very user friendly and i do not know how i will be able to pay my rent.
Can't get a hold of anybody. Seems like Darwin is set up to keep as much distance and separation as possible between residents and the property manager. You shouldn't have to jump through hoops to solve simple issues, but the way it's set up, there is zero collaboration. It's very inefficient. Better communication would enable us to resolve problems more quickly with minimal hassle to everyone involved.

Still waiting to hear from someone after two request regarding my pool. You can never get anyone on the phone and everything is done by email. Keep getting the same responses with no one coming to fix the issue. They keep saying someone will call me but it's been 3 weeks already.
