Overall a good experience just wish you could actually talk to some people that are in charge of certain things instead of going through customer service and them contacting the person. We hadn’t gotten the code for our house and had to wait thirty minutes to get the code when we were out front with the uhaul. Needless to say that was frustrating but we love our home and are happy that Darwin was there for us.
The house was not cleaned before our date of occupancy. The next day I hired a maid service to clean the house before my property arrived with the movers. The management company finally sent a cleaner over after my maid service was done. There are no trash receptacles, and I have lived here for two months. I can't leave or have my garbage picked up by the city. The water heater wasn't turned on for a week. The property is nice, but the service is lacking.
I was treated very well and informed of all requirements for move in. This is a new experience for me and my assistant made it quite clear and comfortable me to understand. Thank you.
Darwin Homes quickly reviewed my application and it was approved in less than 24 hours. Two other companies took over 5 days to review the application but I had already accepted the Darwin Home lease. I'm so happy with the prompt service.
We had work done in March of 20222 to our rental home which cost us $200. On august 1st, they decided to charge an additional random $800 for the service. The work done on the home was mediocre with paints chips showing and the wrong color paint. We did not mind because we knew we would NOT be renewing the lease with this awful company. You can never get in touch with anybody and when you do they hardly understand any of your requests. Steer clear of this company!
Can I rate less than zero? I received a text message where somebody said they had tried to reach me but I have no voicemails. I asked for them to call me now only to be directed to a portal that I couldn't log into until now. I hours later received a most unfriendly call telling me to move from my house of eight years
Everything so far is good, but to be able to be great you agency have to improve on communication, what I mean by that is: better accessibility on phone calls and faster respond to emails.
