I just want to say Jessica was amazing throughout the whole process from start to finish. I wasn’t expecting a smooth, fast transition into getting the house that I wanted. Jessica has been sincere and prompt to the point I don’t think she sleeps lol. Any questions or concerns she answered honestly and fast. I couldn’t ask for anyone better than her. Thank you for all you do Jessica!!

This fraudulent, corrupt company is a complete SCAM and should be avoided at all times if you’re looking for reliability, integrity & I can write a book on all the AWFUL, unprofessionalism I’ve dealt with this company since the property I am at switched to Darwin from Renu. I will not accept the abuse any longer and WILL take legal action against the shady practices of this company, I’m not sure how this is even a legally operating business. A nightmare would be a complete understatement. I couldn’t emphasize the horror of dealing with this company enough.

Definitely the worst company in Georgia. DO NOT rent from them ever. I’m convinced only 3 people work for this company. I never get to talk to anyone higher up. Renting currently and they only care about money. Communication is terrible as well as service. Darwin please don’t reply with that generic message. Thanks

Even though we didn’t end up going with this home, LIZZETTE was absolutely phenomenal every step of the way! So accommodating, so patient so sweet throughout the entire process! Answered all of my questions took care of us. The moving process can be very stressful and this particular search for a home has been astronomically frustrating, but LIZZETTE was a light spot in a dark sky. Absolutely a delight! Very, very sad We don’t get to move forward with her, but if there’s any chance in the future, we will absolutely be taking it! Actually dealing with a person, who cares about their client has been an amazing change of pace. Highly recommend

My experience with Amy was truly unmatched. Typically this whole process of renting can be quite the headache, or even down right terrible, and Amy made it easy and seamless! She is EXTREMELY communicative and responsive, and followed through with things way faster than I ever would have expected her to! I truly couldn't have been more impressed with Amy from the Tampa area office. Please do not pass on acknowledging her for her hard work, she has absolutely earned it!

i’ve been renting a home from this company for about one year now they have switch over to this company. That sucks. You can never get in touch with anyone. Utilities billing is always two months behind customer service sucks please do not never rent a home from them. It is all fun and games when you are doing the paperwork but once you are in you are trapped, when it comes to having a situation there is never no one able to talk to never rent from them they will definitely steal your money. You would be on the phone talking to people that don’t know anything about your situation. You would be thinking that the property manager or the leasing manager that you first talk with that you will be in communication with them, but that is not true. They will drop you like his heart and you will not be able to hear from no one else they would act like they do not know you, this company needs to be banded. I am in Georgia. This is the worst ever.

They are scammers, be aware!! They took over the property management company that originally had the lease. At move out they will charge to repaint walls which is ridiculous because the walls were in great shape. They will try their best to take away your security deposit. We cleaned the house before we left and they charged us for having dust on the floor. They will scan you with move out fees. I’m currently have counsel review their company. Beware beware! Watch out for the fake reviews they submitted on this page as well.

Ooh these reviews and ratings make me nervous. We will be new tenants and are looking forward to moving. Amanda Davis was very helpful and informative from the viewing of the home to the signing of the lease. We found the home on Zillow and when we signed our lease, the listing was removed immediately, which shows they are on top of things. I’m an awesome tenant and I hope we signed with an awesome property manager.

Professional work from the team

Jay Bronola, Customer service manager at Darwin Homes Property Management has been very helpful getting the hedge that borders my property trimmed. It has been neglected for a long time and looking unsightly before speaking to Jay and he has come to my aid and is going to have the hedge trimmed this week. I appreciate his kind response when I have called and looking forward to the property the hedge borders looking fantastic. Kudos to Jay for a good job hopefully getting the work done in a timely fashion. I'm sure the corner lot where the hedge sits will be the talk of the Home Owners Association once it’s trimmed. Thank you, Jay Bronola, Darwin Homes Property Management for your great job and help in keeping the property looking good!

The corporate office and the branches are not on same page. They do not care about the tenants they only care about $$$$. We’ve always paid rent on time or sooner. They purchased a company mid year last year now all those tenants have to move because those houses are being sold. No care or concern about the tenants at all the branches said they’d wave all the fees to the existing tenants but corporate said no because they didn’t know anything about it. How can you manage properties if you don’t even know what’s going on with them answer is they don’t they just collect the rent get paid their fees and move on with no human decency to the people that are paying their salaries or how the people are affected. Worst company ever!!

Our lease was originally with Home River Group and then transferred to Darwin Homes. We rented this house for over 2yrs! In the 2yrs we rented, NO ONE ever came to do any type of maintenance. We moved out and they charged me for painting the inside of the house. NOTHING in my lease said we are responsible for paint. There was no damage, just normal scuffs from renting. Renters beware of this company!

Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this company. Every 1 star review here is exactly right. Forget ever getting to talk to a property manager or ever having your needs tended to. My original lease was with a different company and they sold the lease Darwin. They are impossible to get ahold of. If you call the phone number be prepared to be told that your situation is being “escalated” and then you won’t hear back. I am having to break my lease due to buying a home…this requires a 60 day notice as well as an early termination fee. Well I have given my 60 day notice and can not get this company to acknowledge my notice or explain to me where to send the money for the fee. I have never worked with a company as unprofessional, disorganized, and just plain inept.
