First time using cruise1st to book a cruise. When i phoned i spoke to a very helpful Emma who gave me a quote in minuets. As we were pleased with the quote we booked there and then.

First time using cruise1st to book a cruise. When i phoned i spoke to a very helpful Emma who gave me a quote in minuets. As we were pleased with the quote we booked there and then.
We have watched Cruise 1st TV for a number of years but have never booked....until now! Saw a fantastic package advertised and made the call. Emma Short was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite. She emailed quotes even before we had finished speaking on the phone and clarified all queries promptly. We are really looking forward to taking our first cruise booked through Cruise 1st and hope there will be many more.

IN GOOD FAITH, cruise 1st sold us an Azamara Quest cruise package which included a South African Land Tour. The Azamara Quest Cruise, clearly detailed that it included their "AZAMARA ESSENTIALS PACKAGE", this clearly describes having Unlimited WIFI on One Device, we have had no WIFI throughout the Cruise, I complained to Azamara Guest Services onboard, and, indeed at a meeting with two Officers. Their reply was to offer me TWO DAYS WIFI, onboard as some sort of consolation, I turned it down flat. It was as if Azamara were now doing me a favour, you paid for twelve days WIFI, we are not going to honour this, but, to stop you complaining, accept two days WIFI, and then go away and leave us alone. Have a very good look at what is included in their ESSENTIALS PACKAGE. Oh and I forgot to say, this trip was to Celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary a VERY SPECIAL TRIP, been looking forward to it for some time You know, being an untrusting person, I even emailed cruise 1st not that long after booking it, just to clarify which Azamara Package we were on ESSENTIALS you replied. And, I have the copy of the detailed inclusions sent to me, by reply. I lettered the Captain of the Azamara Quest detailing all of the above, SHAMEFUL reply via his two Officers. I wouldn't trust cruise1st to buy a Cruise of any kind from them in the future, not, the up market brand of AZAMARA CRUISES. Should cruise1st be selling on behalf of AZAMARA, should Azamara be doing business with cruise1st? The answer is clearly NO.

This company does not provide an unsubscribe facility and block my mailbox with unwanted junk mail. When i contact them by phone they say thet don't have my details but still get unwanted brosures. Unless yiu are certain you want this mail do not subscribe
From 2015 about 5 times we booked cruise 2week to 30 days I got good prices customer service staff always helpful
I would like to thank Mary Isaac of 1st Cruises for all her hard work. She went above her remit to ensure I am able to celebrate my Special Birthday on a cruise in style. She was so patient, kind and courteous and endeavoured to make sure that I was happy with everything she arranged. She was very informative and was able to advice me fully about travel visa’s and what currency exchange I’ll require for my trip.
Booked three cruises in the last couple of weeks as always Martin is a real pleasure to deal with. He is always helpful, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re happy with your booking. Can’t praise him enough
