You can do the whole booking together. Flights, cruise etc.
Farah is friendly, attentive and looks after customers needs when booking a cruise. We’ve booked again with Cruise1st and I highly recommend Farah for her excellent customer service and politeness.

I found James very knowledgeable and helpful with my booking and questions. He explained all aspects of my booking from Flights, hotel and the cruise itinerary and checked l understood everything.
Farah was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Celebrity cruises. I spoke to several agents at different companies and she was the best. She also quoted for flights and hotels but I decided to book them myself in the end. She sent all the confirmation e mails through 5 minutes after i had booked. Very efficient! She was a pleasure to deal with and would definitely use again
having booked many holidays with cruise first we decided to book a cruise to the med from Southampton we spoke to cruise specialist Farah karin,we found her very polite,helpful and knowledgeable answering all of our questions and more,helping us to make more of our holiday than we have before,telling us things that we could do that we did not realise before,we gave her 5 stars and if we could we would have given her 10 well done farah keep up the good work

Ms Farah Karim has impressed me to be a very polite, friendly and professional Cruise Specialist. She has ample knowledge of various cruises and was very patient to explain in details. She also made comparison of different cruise lines and offer suggestions to me to finalize my booking. The cruise price was reasonable and was value for money. As such, I booked two cruises with her. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! I booked my honeymoon and that was a mistake. When booking they are very attentive but after that you have no hope of getting a response or an actual resolution to a query. We had issues on our trip and when I contacted them on my return, they literally couldn’t care less.
