When booking an expensive holiday for 4 people , we were promised lots of extras to win the business from another cruise company. In reality none of these offers were added to our booking and despite having email confirmation of this , they’re now refusing to honour these . We’re trying to cancel and they now want to hold on to our deposit , despite the holiday being over a year away

The agent was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions succinctly and my booking was completed swiftly.

Our cruise broke down in Tokyo and we were stranded for 2 days not being able to depart. That was only the start….. Cruise1st customer services is only open Mon to Fri 9am-5pm UK time and has no help line leaving us to sort replacement flights to return home. An extra night hotel also required booking before boarding our flight, when advising Cruise1st that we had sorted our return they confirmed IN WRITING that they would reimburse our hotel but the flights would have to be claimed through our insurance. Once we provided the invoices they REFUSED to honour the refund of the hotel and failed to offer any explanation. Great helpful sales team but rude and horrendous customer services, doubt we’d trust them ever again…..what a shame !

Shocking customer service. Still waiting for an email back and a phone call!! Quick to take your money Please think before you book. How dare you ask for a refund!! Waiting by the phone now for 10 days!!

Emma Short was able to give a full description of the package and what to expect when I was there. She allayed fears re my disability and gave me all the options I needed and covered what is included in the holiday

Don't trust this company as the price they show on screen is not the price you pay they advertised a cruise on there tv show went to book and they told me it was £800.00 pp more said the show shown was an old one and they cannot take it off air then blamed the cruise company. Had our heart set on this cruise but not after they did this what else our they going to up the price on.

We've had two cruises to date through cruise 1st and our experience has been excellent. Michael was recommended to us by friends who have cruised extensively with many cruise lines. Michael has been extremely helpful and communicates promptly and offers tips and advice. We have another three cruises booked for this year, the third of which we simply asked him to find us a cruise in the Caribbean for nine people over Christmas and new year but not leaving before the 22nd. Michael sorted the ideal cruise and helped sort out the cabins that fitted our wishes in a cost-effective way. Communication from other Cruise 1st staff has also been excellent.

I recently booked with Cruise1st and found the service to be generally good. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful, making the process straightforward, even for a first-timer like me. Prices seemed competitive as well. However, while the experience was smooth overall, I feel there's room for improvement to make it truly exceptional. A solid experience, but not perfect—hence the 3 stars.

Just be careful members of staff on 0808 number are asking for OTP codes about logging in to airlines - especially booking seating.
