Recently returned from a cruise around Japan and South Korea, and wanted to thank you for a great trip. The hotel in Japan on the first 2 nights was excellent, and the transfers in Tokyo we asked you to get for us all went faultlessly. All our enquiries prior to the trip were answered swiftly. We've booked another cruise with you in September!
I came across Cruise TV a short while ago while surfing the channels on my TV. I have watched a few programs now with interest but I am fast learning that they tend to run the same old programs over and over for long periods. Yes I understand that some cruises they sell may be a year or more away, but the same old same old quickly loses my attention. I don't know how often they update their programs, but I think they need to update more often. I tuned in today, Saturday 5th April 2025. The program was 'No Fly Cruise Adventures' between 7pm and 7.30pm. The very first cruise they covered was an 11 night cruise with Ambassador Cruises from Tilbury Dock, titled 'Springtime Norwegian Fjordland'. Sounded good especially for only £775pp. Then I notice the date, which was Sunday 6th April 2025. Now I have heard of last minute deals, but I think next day may be a little too close for comfort. Maybe if they update their programs a little more often, they wouldn't be trying to sell something that is sailing the very next day? Come on Cruise TV, you can't make a cruise at such short notice happen. All the cruises you say you have on your books and you are showing us a cruise for tomorrow?

What you see on tele isn't real. They refused to give me my msc discount saying it was already discounted. Just a con. Every other travel agent gives the msc discount. Keep away. Try Hays or someone else CON CON CON
I don't ever remember contacting Cruise1st and I am bombarded by information in the post. I have called them several times and they say they will remove me from their database. They are bombarding me with postal mailshots against my wishes and against GDPR Contact them for prices at your own risk

missold us a £12 000 cruise. my step father was told he couldnt take his wheelchair on the cruise after paying the money in full. the cruise company P &O have told us during the cruise that we should have been offered and entitled to a full refund or alternative cruise, yet "Stuart" from cruise1st said we would loose the money if we didn't go on the cruise. he never offered us the refund before the cruise despite the policy for disabled people changed after we had paid in full. my step father couldnt get about with no wheelchair in the ports. this ruined our holiday. cruise1st won't give us the telephone recordings as these would prove their negligence and mis representation under the sales of goods act
I had a quote from David and he was very helpful and also gave me blue light card discount too. He phoned and he was very helpful and polite and we booked an amazing package deal for our 60th birthdays .
