We had booked Cruise Holiday through Cruise 1st At the time of booking they offered an upgrqde to suite which we accepted. They issues the confirmation that we had been booked on a suite. When P and O sent us the confirmation that we, we round that in actual fact this was a mini suite. As we booked the holiday 2 years ago, we round this an inacceptable standard of practice and misrepresentation of facts . Never again Cruise 1st

The consultant was Calvin, he was very helpful in answering all my questions and completing the booking. Following my initial discussion with Calvin I called back but he was unavailable so I left a message for him to call me, it was only a few minutes and he called the booking was confirmed and all to a very satisfactory standard.

Good people who know their stuff and all at the best price. Have used before and will most probably use again.

Step by step not rushed in any way

Mary Isaac from Cruise 1st really does a great job. Not only does she always look for the best overall options for the customer, in addition her knowledge is second to none. We have booked several times with Cruise 1st, Mary is a great choice.

Great service, very helpful staff

Normally use Cruise 1st TV and went to book the reposition cruise with Royal Carribbean in October next year with competitive pricing and the option of a three night stay in New York. Despite this programme being on at least three times a day for the past ten days, when I rang cruise 1st to book they said the price ( for a balcony) and the holiday had increased by £1000.00 . I understand prices can move but in that case why continue to promote the programme prices without either removing them or advising the prices have changed. Guess they still want you to ring so that they can talk you into another cruise. They say the programmes are recorded, fine, then have someone monitoring the prices at least every three days so they can change them. Looks like Iglu Cruise, Cruise Nation or Cruise 118 next time.
