BE AWARE…..IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG
Our cruise broke down in Tokyo and we were stranded for 2 days not being able to depart. That was only the start….. Cruise1st customer services is only open Mon to Fri 9am-5pm UK time and has no help line leaving us to sort replacement flights to return home. An extra night hotel also required booking before boarding our flight, when advising Cruise1st that we had sorted our return they confirmed IN WRITING that they would reimburse our hotel but the flights would have to be claimed through our insurance. Once we provided the invoices they REFUSED to honour the refund of the hotel and failed to offer any explanation. Great helpful sales team but rude and horrendous customer services, doubt we’d trust them ever again…..what a shame !
