Great help from agent when booking. Prompt quotes and patience given when refining schedule regarding flights and hotels. It’s taken a while to get final confirmation of last flight to be agreed but now sorted to my satisfaction. The agent I have been talking too has built up a good rapport and I have recommended her to others.

Honest conversations were had. Promotions were offered. Factual information passed on. Very respectful staff. Great customer service & enthusiastic

We have booked several cruises with cruise 1st and their service is second to none. We also cancelled 2 cruises earlier this year due to bereavement and they showed so much compassion, managed to get our money refunded and were just so helpful. A special note for Emma Short who is so good with getting the best price and we wouldn't use anyone else

Have been using cruise 1st for our last 3 cruises! Wouldn’t book through anyone else now, the service each time has been outstanding. All service agents we’ve dealt with have been lovely & make you feel that no question you may have is too much trouble for them, to obtain the information you require! Would thoroughly recommend

We booked with a man named “ akos “ I have now booked 3 cruises with him. He is super friendly, always seems to beat any price anywhere else and his response times are unmatched, we always hear back from him within 5/10 minutes of emailing. Due to Akos helping us we will always now use cruise 1st to book. Thank you, he is a credit to the team!

I saw a cruise on the tv which my wife fancied doing for her 60th birthday. It started with three days in Mauritius. I called and was told that it was room only basis. We wanted it on an all inclusive basis.The girl said she would look if it was available and email me a quote. Within the hour we had a very reasonable quote. I called back but it was too late. She said she would call me back first thing the next day. Sure enough she did as she said.perfect , we booked straight away. If only everyone else would do as they said, my life would be so much easier. 10/10

James was very helpful and thorough even though I was organising a cruise / several stopovers/ bullet train in Asia. Would definitely recommend.

Got a call from Akos about a cruise I booked via the website. Akos was brilliant from start to finish explaining all about the cruise how much to pay etc etc then going through the deposit and then ringing me back to say all was fine and cruise was booked. Although we shop a lot online without talking to someone it was like shopping in the past and actually talking to a human. Akos was very professional in his job & is a credit to Cruise 1st well done.

Booked P&O cruise over Xmas 2024. P&O issued rear cabin on Britannia E740 on Deck 10. Paid £700 each for a balcony instead of Inside cabin and the one we were given couldn't be used because of SOOT falling on the balcony every day, even when at sea. Tried to claim a refund for the £1400 from Cruise1st and was told that it is nothing to do with them as I did not have a contract with them. They said that my contract is with P&O. P&O say that my contract is with Cruise1st. Visa said that my contract is with Cruise1st but Visa couldn't get involved because my payment went directly to P&O even though it was Cruise1st that I booked everything with and it was them that took my card payment details. Cruise1st don't want to take any responsibility and they also fail to tell you that you do not have a contract with them. ABTA are a waste of time. All Bark and no bite. All in all this was the second cruise that we have booked with Cruise1st and P&O. It will also be the last. Promise to call you back but never have the balls to do so. They send email instead.
